Enrolled on Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner at the end of October (and paid in full) with the 'cast iron guarantee' (as per contract and on their website) that the exam vouchers would be sent immediately. Roll on 3 months and many emails and voucher still not here. Tomorrow I'm lodging a direct complaint with Peoplecert and starting a Section 75 claim against Imperial Learning Ltd (1training) - formerly Globaledulink Ltd - with Amex. My advice to anyone else in this situation - if you paid with Debit or Credit Card - Chargeback or Section 75 - you will get your money in full and 1training will have to pay a fee to the CC Company for the trouble! Don't accept their promises - they're trying to time you out!

Great support, very easy to book exams. Super quick in getting back to you should you require any sort of assistance.

There is a good range of courses and qualifications to get. The content closely reflects the skills needed in the job market and are good to present for job opportunities and career changes.

I paid £503 to complete a Prince2 course in Feb 2024. I requested my exam voucher and ebook code to complete my course in April 2024. I have been chasing since then and have been asking for my money back since September 2024, they keep diverting the question and say that I will get the voucher soon. They do not pick up the phone and when I email to ask for my money back, they don’t provide me with a relevant response to getting my money back.

Ridiculous customer service. Absolutely 0 response when tried contacting them a million times via Chatbot, Emails and Phone calls. They just have all these modes of communication for the sake of having them. Once we enrol ourselves and pay the money for any course, they will make a fool out of us. Please dont trust them.

I had a wonderful experience on this Diploma in Nursing Assistance course. It is really helping me start my journey in Nursing.

Continued to email and message weekly from my initial review but still no response, no answer to phone calls, to refunding me the money with me even taking the 10% loss on my side for this company's poor service and incompetence.

I purchased an online certification course (PRINCE2® 7 Foundation course) from 1Training. The company was supposed to provide me an ''exam voucher'' that will allow me to participate in the exam for this certification. I have been waiting for the voucher since September last year although they were supposed to deliver it within 7 to 24 business days. They never sent it despite multiple requests.
I wrote to them many times. Initially they responded to my emails claiming that they face internal delays and that they will send the voucher. Since 6 of December, I sent them 2 reminder emails asking for the missing voucher or a full refund. They never replied. First time in my life that I had such a terrible experience with a training provider. I am filing official complaints with relevant consumer protection authorities.

This company is exceptional. I had zero knowledge about Office Suite, but I'm glad that I can now enter and prepare data without difficulty.

I thing I love the most about my training experience was how the teaching were elaborated

I have purchased a Prince2 Agile course from 1Training. I had annual leave booked and wanted to complete the training before Xmas. I was assured that I could do so. Alarm bells rang when I tried to book the exam and was told that waiting time was at least 7 to 24 days. This was not right because other providers are able to do so within 2 days. I asked for a full refund but no satisfactory response on that. Please avoid this company!

The response is an out right lie! No vouchers were issued. I have asked for a refund but none given. Pure scam company!

I thoroughly enjoyed completing the course and the support that Anna provided me as my mentor was invaluable. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me achieve this qualification which I believe will shape my future career.
The course overall was enjoyable and easy to navigate throughout the units.

New update on 20th Feb 2025: I was able to sit my Prince2 7 Practitioner exam on 14th February, which I passed, but my certification has not been granted yet because the voucher is linked to Imperial Learning, which is not more a Peoplecert partner, and that blocks the automatic generation of certifications for passed exams. I have been told by PeopleCert that the certification expedition will require senior management approval, and they've got a backlog of cases in the same situation as I...Strong recommendation, keep far from Imperial Leaning Ltd (1Training, Globaledulink or whichever other website names they use).

Just an update on this review: I have just been confirmed by PeopleCert that Imperial Learning Ltd, owner of 1Training is not more a PeopleCert partner.
Please be aware before buying Prince2, ITIL, DevOps or LanguageCert courses from 1Learning, Globaledulink or whichever other websites owned by Imperial Learning Ltd
I've been living a hell with my certification delayed over 3 months because of this people. Thankfully, Peoplecert has behaved and they helped me so now everything is sorted out.

I bought a Prince2 7 Practitioner boundle including exam and resit.
I have tried to have the exam voucher for over 2 months with no success after 2 requests.
The first request, seemed correct on screen but I had no confirmation email and nothing happened for a month. On 26th October 2024 (one month later) I issued again the voucher request and I had a confirmation email this time. Now, on 1st December 2024, 35 days and about 10 emails later, I have nothing. I am now seriously thinking that they got my money and they are not buying the exam vouchers from Peoplecert. If that is the case, now I will need to deal with the pain of having my money back but that is not the worst. The worst harm for me is the 2 months wasted and needing to start all over with another course provider.

I’d recommend, it's easy to follow and the staff are always on hand to help when you need it.
