The sequencing of works involved in the disconnection of the gas services led to tight timescales. 1Gas were able to work within the timescales given to ensure a smooth sequence of events with deadlines being met.

I was looking for a new gas connection for my sons flat - I found 1Gas on the web. They were very responsive in producing the quote which required relatively little information from me. Documentation from 1Gas was clear and they kept in regular contact throughout the process. They matched the price of a competitor straight away when I gave them the competing quote. All in all a very good experience.

I found dealing with 1Gas a pleasure! The consultant (Chris Fellone) dealing with my gas connection was courteous, helpful and incredibly efficient. The job in hand had become considerably complex as I was having to deal with several issues that slowed things down, including uncooperative neighbours. Chris helped speed things along, he kept me informed throughout and pulled all the threads of the various departments together enabling things to run smoothly. I will be using 1Gas again and wholeheartedly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, speed of delivery, overall efficiency and value for money.

Did what they said they would when they said they would. No problems.

Gas 1, Chris Fellone, did everything that was required and in an efficient way. My only concern was that this was for my elderly parents, and through no fault of Gas1 there were delays over christmas due to a lengthy wait due to the need for a road closure. I was surprised that no consideration was given to the fact that my parents who are in their 80's and not well, had to wait over 2 months with no heating. I'm not sure that this is how a Council and utility provider should deal with their duty of care.
