He’s always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes the extra mile to support us. His communication is clear and reliable, which makes managing our accounts so much easier.

The pricing has been fair and transparent, and the overall service has been smooth and dependable.

Mason’s professionalism and friendly approach really set the standard, he’s a credit to the team.

They are not great at admin, however the prices are competitive with the rest of the market, as a sports club we have we have had our energy from them for the last 6 years and the renewal prices are always competitive. The staff are helpful when you get hold of them.

Our tenant signed a contract with National Gas about 8 years ago, leaving us ( landlords) with a substantial debt. As landlords we have been paying their bills. In March 2022, our standing charge was increased by +2500% and our tariff by + 650%. A rip off, a scam. Their record keeping is appalling and their customer handling skills zero. They cause unnecessary stress and bully their customers. I cannot recommend them as a caring or supportive supplier. Should be avoided.

Terrible company. Moved into a house with these as the gas supplier, contacted them telling them I would be changing supplier ASAP and would be happy to supply meter readings and pay for the amount used. Switchover got cancelled by them meaning as I had apparently incurred a £250 debt in two weeks, which was calculated from just the start meter reading?? In the process of having this looked at, but had to rebook the switchover which added another 15 days of having to pay their extortionate prices.

Max is giving life lines to every customer threatening by all means....
They can record your call without informing you No GDPR in place
Minimum 3 Years contract
All Asian sales agents are selling with misleading statements once you signed .....

Please try other service providers rather then National Gas

Terrible company - increase and backdate standing charges as they wish. Increased by 352p per day and backdated 10 months. Upon leaving the company would not accept our meter read and took the new tenant's from a later date - even though they had photos (dated) of meter and contracts!
Avoid at all costs.
