Excellent customer care
I received my boots promptly. Unfortunately they developed a crack in the sole after a couple of months wear. I contacted customer support and they quickly agreed to replace them, no quibbles. They provided instructions on how to return (via prepaid label) and kept in touch to let me know when replacement boots were dispatched. I would feel confident to use this company again having experienced their excellent customer care.

I received my trainers promptly
I received my trainers promptly . Unfortunately they had a fault in the leather. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I got the return label very quickly and I was able to email about getting an exchange. The staff kept in touch with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company because of their personal care towards their customers. Susan

Took 9 days to receive shoes. Refused refund to unworn shoes due to no box. PayPal ended up refunding me. If a seller refuses to refund you due to packaging issues (e.g., you did not use the original box), they are likely violating consumer protection laws, provided you are within the 14-day cancellation window (for online purchases) and the item is not damaged.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that this caused frustration. We did not refuse your statutory right to cancel the order. We advised that a deduction may apply because the shoes were returned without the original box, which meant they could not be resold as new.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, where returned goods have diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, a reasonable deduction may be applied. We regret that this was not explained clearly enough at the time and apologise for any confusion caused.
We’re always happy to discuss this directly and reach a fair resolution.
Great price, fantastic customer service
I live in the Isle of Man and wanted to order a pair of boots but the IOM wasn’t a delivery option. I emailed them and got a reply the next day to say they would add it - which they did very quickly (added to the UK County drop-down). I order what I wanted, postage was only £2.50. Got the boots at a great price. What great customer service! I would highly reccomend.

Wonderful customer service and quality product too
A birthday gift was a size too small so I returned them. 121 could not have been more helpful. The return was easy (and free) as was exchanging the shoes for the right size and I am absolutely delighted with them and the service I received.
Hats off to Woody who seems to coordinate everything even down to writing happy birthday on the enclosed note- many thanks!!
