Absolutely appalling delivery service I made a whole point of taking time off work to have my iPad delivered. I stressed at the point of purchase how important it was to me to be able to be in receipt of the parcel for my business outcomes. They completely let me down. I will not be using this company again. I cannot express how important it is for companies to use reliable delivery services the promise is made at the point of purchase need to be kept when they are not time and money is spent. I now have to go to a pick up point which is the only reliable way I can get my parcel which means taking another day off work. I can’t say how sick and disappointed I am by being inevitability of the failure of this company’s appointed delivery service to do what they said on the box when you spend best part of £1000 on a piece of kit and you buy online it is an essential part of the journey that you can trust the delivery Service. It’s the whole point of being able to work with an online delivery and an online purchase. This company has chosen DPD what a mistake I sat on the other side of the door while the guy failed to knock and deliberately didn’t put a card through the letterbox. I am furious and I know this company will distance itself through what it will say is another companies series of mistakes but haven’t spoken to the DPD lady. She is all too familiar with the fact that this is part of the practice. I now have to go to my local post office cause I’ve been told by her myself I can’t rely on the guy to deliver in the time slot even tomorrow what a joke.
