Fast delivery and products arrived as described. Although ensure you are certain about sizing when buying, otherwise if you need to send back the item, you need to pay for shipping and order a new item (paying again shipping).

First time I bought something from this…

First time I bought something from this online website ( delivery- to Luxembourg). Must admit that experience was not good- received my tracking number, which was not valid for more than 2 weeks, by that time I was writing multiple request to check my order and tracking number- shop answered usually within 3 working days and the answer was constantly I have to wait at least 10working days - sometimes tracking number doesn’t update , depending if they have to clear the customs. So at the end after 20 days I claimed my money back via PayPal stating I don’t have any information where is my order and haven’t received the item. Thankfully PayPal reimbursed money, by the same time I received an email from Sporpursuit that their shipping partner had informed them that the package is lost. So if you expect something to arrive pretty soon- don’t count on it. Good thing that the money was received back with PayPal help.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! They never call by door and then leave package 15min drive - asks you to go and pick it up. It would be ok if the parcel would be there- but it wasn’t! Lady kindly informed that no GLS driver ever stopped today and they don’t have package, now GLS asks to pick it up in the Belgium warehouse- but the thing is I’m in the Luxembourg. Constantly lying about attempts to deliver with excuses that no one is home and then lie about package storage place where I have to waste my time to go there and understand it’s not even there!

Refuses to compensate cancelled flight…

Refuses to compensate cancelled flight due to plane engine problems in last minute . Customer service (grown up men) via phone asks to shut up and not call anymore - Not giving information how to handle this situation, who else I should contact if I do not agree with denied compensation.
