Feeling better, looking better! Converted to exercise all thanks to Frankie
I started working with Frankie 10 months ago, after I was diagnosed with Chronic stress and also had a health scare. My aim was to feel less stressed and anxious and to boost my immune system. My biggest challenges were lack of time, as a busy single mum with 100% caring responsibility, juggling a full time job and studying. I wasn’t sure how I would fit in an exercise programme. I was also not a fan of exercise and had never stuck to a programme before. Frankie listened, and I mean really listened and she understood me and my situation. We started slow, habit stacking, making small changes to my diet and lifestyle, building in 5 minutes of exercise and meditation onto my current routine. We met each month, and it wasn’t long before I started seeing amazing results, including feeling less stressed and anxious, people commenting on how lovely my skin looked! Feeling less tired, getting less colds! losing a few inches around my waist, dropping a dress size and now having lovely muscle definition! I am hooked, I love the exercises Frankie has prescribed for me, and in 10 months I have not missed a single day! For me that is unbelievable. So if you are super busy, super stressed, with no time, but you really need to make some changes to your lifestyle I highly recommend seeing Frankie! Honestly she has completely changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful to her!
