Scam-auto replenishment

Scam. Auto-replenishment is not even noticeable when you order. They have over 3489 1 star reviews with this issue. I emailed them and they didn’t cancel it, took the money the next day. I’d advise to cancel on PayPal and make it inactive or make sure your bank blocks further transactions as well as trying to cancel the auto replenishment. I’ve tried to return the item and am stuck with invalid order number and return outside the window. The makeup it chalky and orange. Make sure u read the bad reviews as this highlights the issues you’ll come up against. No proper company would put auto replenishment on and make u jump through hoops to get it off and return the product.

Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience. You absolutely don’t need to sign up for auto-replenishment. To place a one time only purchase, just don’t select the auto-replenishment option during checkout.

You can manage / cancel your auto-replenishment through our website. Just login to your account at www.ilmakiage.com/customer/account/. In the auto-replenishment section, you’ll find options to edit your delivery date, skip your next order, pause, or cancel.
