So paid an additional £8.95 for delivery on Mother's Day....the flowers eventually arrived at 10pm !!!! and a fob off standard reply when I queried why 10pm was deemed to be acceptable !...I certainly wont be using them ever again !

If you want a brilliant example of the worst customer service then I present to you ... Tennis Point !!.... They make it virtually impossible to send items back and when they eventually refund anything after me having to kick off, they deduct a % from your refund !!!....

Still waiting for my second refund from a replacement order because the first order was incorrect.....serioiusly, you need to avoid these muppets

SHOCKING SERVICE - I paid £2500 for 2 x full bathroom suites and within 7 months both showers failed.

Given how difficult they make it to contact them it has been a frustrating and despairing 6 weeks of trying to get them to respond.

Their T&Cs state:-

"All products from Victorian Plumbing come complete with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturers Guarantee, many products are listed with periods longer than 12 months, in these cases the period listed is still a Manufacturers Guarantee. Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period we still ask you to contact us initially, we will then advise you on the next steps"

....except when Victorian Plumbing don't want to comply with their own T&Cs.....

No wonder they make it so difficult to engage with them if the quality of products are as consistently poor and not fit for purpose as what they sold me!....

All I can say is that must make a shed load of money and enjoy huge bonuses and leave some poor customer service advisor to take the brunt of customer complaints...

Victorian Plumbing you should be ASHAMED of yourselves and the crass attitude and service you provide...

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!
