I am re-installing a Hotpoint…

I am re-installing a Hotpoint dishwasher, needed to know if it should be a cold or hot water feed and couldn't find a definitive answer from Hotpoint's online manuals or other online sources. After searching again the pretty useless Hotpoint site (their installation video is utterly simplistic and only covers the fitting of the integrated door and sliding it into the cabinet) I called Hotpoint UK and was told by an obviously untrained customer support (he was Googling for answers) that as I don't have an in date warranty they would not answer the very simple question whether it should be cold or hot water feed or any other questions at all.

Technical advice is not available and neither could I speak to a manager. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer support, I will never, ever buy Hotpoint again and I'm about to equip three kitchens! Good riddance to very poor company, I strongly advise you not to buy Hotpoint!

Most often delivers to wrong address

As happens 90% of the time with EVRI, delivered to the wrong address despite clear property name and delivery instructions. Web site just takes the customer around in circles, no person to speak to. If I know Evri are the delivery service I find another company to buy from. Avoid this company!

Evri delivered to the wrong address yet…

Evri delivered to the wrong address yet again (other couriers do not have this problem), package left out in the pouring rain Sat, i had to search at my neighbours to find it. Delivery photo would not open. In addition no reply from Evri to my message querying where my delivery was. Evri website is designed so they can do the minimum to resolve issues. if i could give 0 stars i would do so

BT are an appalling company, do not deal with them!

I applied to BT and had a 2 year fight to get an FTTP connection to my property despite it being at the bottom of my road close by. When it came to connection despite it just needing pulling through already existing ducting it was a complete and utter farce and took months to achieve with a series of engineer visits only for it being the wrong engineer being sent and other management issues. I was told by BT i was required to take BT as they provided the FTTP, since then it has also been a series of issues which have taken an eternity to resolve. I have recently tried to change provider which has taken 2 months due to BT assigning an address to my active line which does not exist. BT are a complete and utter nightmare to deal with, my recent complaints have been closed without even getting to the required 2nd step, i am complaining to Offcom. Do not under any circumstances deal with BT, they are a shambles of company with appalling customer service, it takes and eternity contact them, zero stars is the appropriate rating!
