I ordered a product off this company and had issues with my card so put another card in, it processed the order twice . I contacted this company immediately they said send it back instantly and refund is on its way without hesitation this is a excellent company to deal with and have trust in
the product I kept was excellent and exactly what I bought
I cant recommend these enough

I’ve purchased off grenade several times nice orders an I’m part of their loyalty program , the last time I placed a order it said issue with my card so I put another card in , the company sent me the identical order twice , I contacted immediately that please you have sent this out twice and explained about the card , they refused to refund instead wanted me to spend more Money with them to get a 20% refund , so to get my £64 back I had to spend over £300 .i even explained if the products didn’t have a very short shelf life (1 month ) id of kept them as I am not one for moaning but how much protein can a man eat in a short time frame this is shocking service to say the least I will never EVER buy off them again grenade your done with me

I’ve got very complex injuries and very rare injury as well ,I’ve had recent hip surgery, cluneal nerve rf ablation etc . I’m involved in professional sport and had so called top professionals from premier league football clubs etc give me 5+ previous surgeries,si joint denervations ,countless appointments and injections and some was pointless and over 20 years of misery and still no diagnosis I’ve had people try their best but they couldn’t fix me , some tried and was a massive let downs I’ve seen it all ,
I gave up it broke me mentally ,
Then I tried to find someone new and start a fresh a couple years after giving up I was desperate with pain I had to try again
I’ve recently been introduced to JAMES NOAKE a few month ago through my world class hip specialists mehmet gem and Damien griffin to add his expertise to tidy the residual stuff up after successful surgery and I have to say I LOVE YOU ! This man is a true gentleman and as gone above and beyond anything I could of dreamed of I’m finally diagnosed , the is multiple areas need attention through injections ,rf treatment , hip rehab etc and so far 3 drown ,2 to go , I see the areas tidy up after my teams guidance , I have my life on the right track I genuinely mean it from the bottom of my heart your playing a big part in giving me a life and my symptoms/pain areas have been eliminated one at a time , I can not recommend this man any more . Thank you so much I’m blessed to have you with me

I first contacted them by watts app and made a booking it became more of email process which is fine , they was 10/10 response time , service delivered and I can’t complain at all I put little requests in like specific caddies as I booked twice with them over the space of a week you will be very happy
