I have left several positive ParcelBroker reviews over the years and I am still happy to report that throughout 2023-2024, their attention to detail and desire to sort out the few issues that have occurred is still exceptional. Something that, given the current trend of declining customer service and reduced performance in the courier sector, is quite remarkable and should be applauded.

With 3.5K followers and important professional contacts, without notice, my account has suddenly been frozen as part of LinkedIn's new security platform Persona. Unless I am prepared to provide photo's of my driving licence, passport and other sensitive information it seems I am locked out of my account. Is Persona's a responsible secure place to hold my personal information? I have no idea, it appears I just have to trust them! I don't think so.
No way of contacting them without logging in, which is not possible. An absolute sham.

Absolute rubbish. On two occasions the auto top up didn't work because of insufficient funds! Which is absolutely ridiculous. Online payment can't be done as my Luca number is not recognised? When you eventually find their tel number, get past the 8+ “press” options and talk to a real person, payment over the phone can't be done, no idea why? The first time this happened the only way to rectify this was to take out a 'new deal'. The second time, after one month they suggested the same. If you love an ‘exported’ customer service, with no authority or scope to sort anything out; including the most basic of tasks, Lyca certainly won’t let you down. For myself, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

A relatively rare breed, a company of size, that genuinely cares about providing real customer service. Most companies claim to care, but in my experience ParcelBroker certainly do.

A rare breed these days. A company that delivers what they say and really care about getting things right. Even better when things occasionally go wrong there are real people that always sort it out. If you want to see how bad things can go without this just try UPS!

I stopped using UPS two years ago because of their poor service and ludicrous customer service.

If you want somebody to ring you back a day after your parcel should have been delivered due to a UPS error; an error that can be rectified immediately by just contacting the driver.

If you want to receive an email telling you your parcel is going to be delivered today but the tracking service is stuck at the 'A label has been created' stage.

If you want to talk to somebody in a foreign land that has no authority to sort out anything and doesn't even know where Ireland is let alone Dublin.

UPS is the perfect solution and the company for you!

Great service as always although the white backing on my transparent labels was a little bit out of registration. Although this may be due to the very small size of the labels we ordered?
