Excellent order management & the shoddy delivery

We had a delightful experience dealing with Tilly at the Reading branch and placed orders. However the order execution was concerning. The doors turned up without the ironmongery and handles. these came in subsequent weeks. I had asked for a fitter to come on the basis of the delivery dates provided by Todd doors. His day was wasted due to incomplete orders and we incurred additional costs besides two weeks delay in our project. When we escalated to Todd management we got an insulting £37.09p as compensation for the shoddy delayed delivery!

Extraordinary experience after the BMW car breakdown

Jamie was fantastic ! He arrived in good time as promised.. diagnosed the problem within minutes and tried his best to source the BMW parts to resolve the problem with the fan belt and water pump but the parts were not available. He arranged a pick up truck to move the car to the BMW dealer and arranged with them to book me in immediately. Super efficient, super competent and courteous ! Well done Jamie!

Inflexiblity for location change.

While I got the test done and results obtained before I flew out, I must say I was incredibly peeved with the inflexibility in not being able to change location of the test despite innumerable phone calls to the customer care call centre. The website has no option to make an amendment of location and your teams at the call centre are not empowered to decide the change in location.
After your reply may I please add that I was registered and was still not able to make the change costing me additional time and money and a lot of grief knowing that your help desk/ customer care were unable to do it despite saying the “back end team” will do this. Most unfortunate.

No provision to change the venue for the test?

Most frustrating experience with zero success to get a venue changed for my test. Its ridiculous that the customer service team cannot confirm if I will lose my deposit or whether I will get a refund/voucher should I wish to change the venue from Terminal 5 to Terminal 4.

Further to the above, I got a prompt response as below of being sent a “form” unfortunately, I have received no such form. My test is tomorrow and I want is a transfer of my PCR test to another location. Wonder why there is no such provision either on the website or thru their customer service call centre?

Absolutely no action taken despite several chase ups with their call centre. I’m amazed that a simple thing like change in location can’t be handled thru their web pages, call centre, complaints team!! Highly disappointing and ended up spending money.
