Lens replacement surgery

I was recommended this clinic by a friend who had previously had laser for her myopia. I did look at other centres, the London Vision centre was competitive in pricing ,however it was the flexibility of choice based on clinical judgement that made me select them .From the initial contact and through the subsequent clinic contact with the optomotrist and surgeon I found them to be patient centred honest and professional. They took time to understand my individual needs and were very clear to ensure that the risks benefits and expectations were communicated. I am not quite at the end of my vision journey however I do trust their judgement and skills to get me to the point that I would hope for.

I didn't expect much from the product…

I didn't expect much from the product as it was very cheap. The sofa arrived with some damage to the frame, customer service responded quickly and offered a discount as no replacement was available. I accepted as I was able to repair the frame. However the paint on the coffee table began to peel off after a week of being left outside. Again customer service responded, offered a discount or a replacement product. I accepted the discount, so effectively I have paid 1/2 price for the sofa and chairs. The look good but I will be lucky if they last 2 years. The storage box is flimsy and the catch isn't great so not pleased with that. What I can say is that customer service are prompt, polite and efficient.

It helps to shop around for a good price

We chose headout as the price was considerably less than tours on trip advisor. The standard was exactly the same. The pick up time had to changed from the original bookings ( due to availability at Auschwitz) but this was communicated to us promptly with apologies. The bus transfer was smooth, instructions were clear , the guide did a wonderful job of keeping the group together.

The whole process from getting details…

The whole process from getting details about the product from the sales team and negotiating a suitable delivery slot was flawless and friendly. I am so pleased with both my sofa and chair. I would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a bookshelf, my money was taken but it isn't in stock!

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry for the confusion, this was showing as being out of stock when the order was placed. We are not able to hold your bank details to charge at a later date. The payment is made when you enter your card details into the website regardless of it being in stock. The vast majority of online retailers work in the same way. I can see that the goods have since come back into stock and have been dispatched.
