I have had many orders from this company. This is an occasional blip in their delivery. Unable to substitute plants gave full refund. I would rather have had the plants but a reasonable result.
I have ordered from this company before with good results. This order two items needed replacing but they had no stock left. Gave full refund. Not ideal. I would have preferred the pants. Would order again if a good deal offered.
