I did the two classes led by David, the circuits on Friday and the newly box-fit on Saturday and I enjoyed them both very much. David is a great addition to the Cricklewood gym and I highly recommend his classes.

Although I have yet no attended one of her classes I absolutely love Gracie's music inside the gym, it is upbeat with lots of dance tunes from the ninenties, I do not wear hedphones in the gym so those tunes keep me concentrated during my routine workout! keep mixing Gracie!

Tee in particular is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the variety of workout classes is fantastic, and I'm always challenged and motivated. They are always motivating and help me feel comfortable. I feel stronger and more confident since joining this gym. I'm also more motivated to stay active.

The engineers are on time and professionals, the company's response to queries is quick and effective.

I did a core blast class with Adrienne for the first time, I thoughourly enjoyed, she was engaging, motivating witj a top background playlist to accompany the session. I definitely recommend it!

Core blast class with Belen on Friday is so far the best I ever been, perfect for the end of the week. Will surely take off.

Just stopped for a chat on the reception after my workout, had a quick chat with Andrea about a long standing pain on my forearm, whitin minutes she could assess the reason behind it and recommend me the right therapy to follow. She's just super, you could tell right away the great experience and knowledge she has.

Had a fantastic session with Ramone, everything was just perfect, the music tunes selection, the variety of exercises and the energy and passion he puts into the session. I highly recommend his classes!

Super session with Anila who was filling in for Gaby today. She was engaging, supportive and got out a super session with a good variety of exercises to get me motivated for a tough week ahead! Missed her!

I asked specifically for Tony Read to help me putting together the H&S Action Plan as I was positively impressed by him on his first visit, I have received clear instructions and steps to follow and I am pleased with his help and advice.

I have contacted Peninsula upon the new Covid-19 changes from the 19th July and Ben Walton wrote me right away with very useful info, he tried to call me personally to go through them but I was busy with a meeting. However, on that day Gemma Caunce Dowling was available on the phone twice and she was super helpful and professional and also she email me back promptly some more instructions and procedures. Top marks!
