Easy to order, immediate contact re delivery and parcel arrived early and I was given a time window and they rang the bell which was good.

One once it was arranged as a home visit it was very efficient, the man who did it was nice and discussed it with me and then got on with it. Painless

I just took pot luck when ordering a sheet but when it arrived I was thrilled. The colour texture and quality is very good. It arrived quickly and efficiently. There is no skimping on the size which is a bonus as high street stores often push their luck with size. Its made me want to change all my sheets which I will do over the next few months.
So yes i have no hesitation in saying you are 5 star

Had pre flight lateral flow tests and coming back had PCR. All results the same day so very prompt. I was stressed because they were linked with flights so quick results was good

I placed an order which had not arrived after 5 days. Spoke to Jamie on chatline who said it was stuck in the warehouse and he organised a refund for me immediately. This has never happened before so it seems like a blip. Chatline very helpful and Jamie was efficient.

My bed removal was fitted in on the day I made contact. Very efficient, rang me when on the way and removed bed from first floor. Nice guys. Thank you very much. Great service.

I needed advice regarding opening an account for my mother for whom I have LPoA. I knew it would be difficult because detail has to be correct and it’s exacting. It is hard being older and investing money for my mother. Hurdles tend to crop up. I needed a person to speak to at a branch who would help me along and solve hurdles as they arose. I found this support fortunately and feel so relieved. I would have given up without this help.
