I was not happy with the service I…

I was not happy with the service I received from Pure Sports Medicine. I felt like I was passed between their inhouse Specialist and Physio like a ping pong ball, with the primary motivation being to extend the duration of my treatment in order to maximise profits. The issue with my shoulder was misdiagnosed and the treatment exacerbated the issue. This included impaired movement of my right arm. My blood test results were lost which led to a number of weeks of delay to starting my treatment. I had to call the hospital directly to retrieve them.

I sought a second opinion which gave a correct diagnoses and am now having treatment elsewhere. After many months of wasted time with PSM, my shoulder is finally improving.

I raised a complaint which was handled poorly, with key information being missed. It was rejected which seemed unbelievable given the facts.

I would caution anyone considering using Pure Sports Medicine.

Topo boots are poor value for money

Topo Trailventures boots are poor quality for the money. The glue came loose on the side after about 150 miles of use. I suspect the boots are not design for the often wet and muddy UK climate.

I had the boot for a number of years but had received minimal use. Topo were unwilling to exchange the shoes as they were outside of warranty. In fact they never actually bothered responding to my request for an exchange.

I have found Altra and Merrell boots to be much better quality at a lower price than Topo.

I won't buy from Topo again.

The Tempur 10 Year Guarantee is a con.

Please be aware that the 10 year guarantee will not cover the main issue of the mattress losing support. We've had a Tempur Original Supreme for 7.5 years but it is now unusable - the sagging being so bad it pulls the bedsheet off (I weigh 80 kg). The Tempur guarantee checks if the top of the mattress is flat, which ours is, but does not check how much it sinks when weight is applied. From researching we are not the only people to be in this situation.

On the upside, the mattress has been brilliant for 7.5 years but for the cost I expected it to last longer and for the guarantee to be a real thing. I may buy a replacement and go for the Elite which is slightly thicker, for a smallish amount extra I would hope to eeke another couple of years out of it.

Non-existent after sales support.

Spent 4 hours trying to reach technical support on the phone today and no one ever picks up. Email support ticket was open days a go and no one is responding.

Going to have to switch to a new provider and cancel the DD

The best customer service

I ordered a console table to the UK and made an error with my measurements. During the processing of the return I received excellent customer service. Emails were responded to promptly and they did everything possible to help me send a large item internationally.

The item ordered was also good quality, as described and delivered promptly. I would use this company again.
