I've been using Fantastic Services for more than two years. I don't know why I've been with them for so long because it's only been problem after problem. Finding a permanent cleaner is an impossible mission, and most of the ones that come are careless, rude, leave early and do half the job. They're not going to come again, so why bother?

The last straw was two weeks ago when a cleaner came. She was totally careless. She was throwing everything around while dusting and didn't break things because I was going around her moving things. She then decided to throw things away without asking. She threw away a pair of medical earplugs that cost hundreds of pounds. I told her while she was in the house, and then she lied to the company saying I never mentioned anything.

The response from Fantastic Services was two weeks of useless customer service messages, only to conclude that I can't prove anything. That's the end of it.

Needless to say, I won't be using them any more.

We booked a cruise with Iglu and we are so happy they recommended this company for us.

The ship itself was a bit outdated but we couldn't care less because they excel at all the important things. Staff were all superb, the food at the restaurants was very good, and evening entertainment was 5 stars (so talented!)

The ship was medium size, which was excellent too. We never felt like sheep in a boat. Seeing those gigantic ships docked next to us was just scary. We didn't have to book meals, entertainment, etc. in advance, you just show up and enjoy

It was a group of us, and we had some trouble finding the right cruise ship. Iglu was amazing. Our advisor was available all the time and we felt like we had a totally personalised service.

They organised everything from payment to flights. And all at great value.

It was a cruise in Greece with Celestyal Cruises and it was just magic. The staff (bar a couple of exceptions) were amazing. Thoroughly recommend it

Customer service is awful. I had my sofa manufacturer arranging a visit for a repair. The technician told me it was all fixed when he was ready to leave, but he didn't test it. I just sat quickly on the sofa and I trusted him.

Then when I called customer service an hour later to say the issue was not fixed, they told me I had signed the report saying I was happy, and that therefore the case couldn't be reopened. They implied that by signing the report anything that happens afterwards is my fault. But the issue was never fixed!!!

Basically, when they come to your house, you should NOT trust anybody from the company and do any tests yourself before they leave
