Marko was very helpful. My call was answered quickly, he was helpful and courteous. I am moving house and had been told by the surveyor that the new property had a pre-pay gas meter. After he had set up my new account Marko gave me the telephone number and gas meter serial number to call the previous supplier so the meter could be changed to credit before the switch took place. When I called they were so inefficient compared to Octopus will long waiting time for the call to be answered then transfer to another team with yet another long wait as the first person could not help. They could learn so much from people like Marko!

The staff were wonderful. So kind and compassionate. My cat was in a semi-conscious state and they worked on him for about 3 hours. They made us feel comfortable and kept us appraised of the cat's condition. They could not have done more even though he sadly passed away

We always insure our street party with them. They are friendly and efficient, answer the phone quickly and promptly reply to emails

Insure and Go have changed insurers so all policy information has to be re-entered even if you are renewing. I accept this happens though feel they could have given advance notice what would be required to allow extra time for the call. Normally it is a case of "I want to renew. All information the same. Listen to a few statements being read. Here are my card details"
Although I renewed 2 weeks ahead of the expiry date I’m still getting reminders that my policy is running out
