Make sure you have patience before you order

I ordered some vitamin capsules a week ago but the jars were empty in the delivery.
I've what's app'd, emailed and left voice mail messages but no one has returned my call.
It cost me £30 for empty jars so not cheap.
They sent me a automated what's app message today asking me to review the products.

No after sales support

We’ve only had the mower 2months and the only bolt which has fallen off in the garden is lost. As it’s the only bolt to hold the handle on we have a nearly new mower unfit for purpose. I’ve tried emailing the company a few times to get a replacement bolt but I haven’t had a response. There is no phone that I can see for after sales care.

Great service however I will have to…

Great service however I will have to cancel my subscription as there are no plant based options.

I find the subscription difficult to cancel when I’m busy, no matter how many reminders I get so this is expensive waste if order isn’t cancelled in time before the deadline.

Promised cash back on the car insurance…

Promised cash back on the car insurance but it wasn't obvious of what to tick before opening a new screen. It was only when I closed my new insurance that screen said 'you need to click on this to qualify for cashback', which was too late.

Marks and Spencer delivery warning - no customer service

I just want to warn people about recently Marks & Spencer customer service which has always been great.

I have placed a large order and a few parcels were delivered immediately but a large part of it has still not been delivered. I was told via messenger that it was a dispute between me and DPD. I got in contact with DPD who said they didn't recognise the reference number. I have now been told it's a royal mail problem. Even though I have placed the order with Marks & Spencer they want me to find out where the missing parcel is, I don't even know which company it went missing from.

I visited the store to complain but they said they can't do anything as the items are missing. The assistant did give me an email address to contact as there doesn't appear to be any email address on their website.

I placed the order 6th september but still haven't had a refund, or the items.

Amazing staff and service

Amazing staff and service. Vegan, veggie and English breakfasts were perfect. The only criticism is that the kids camp bed was extremely squeaky. We told reception but they couldn’t resolve the problem. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Misleading - Not a UK seller - DO NOT USE

I ordered 5 slimes for Birthday presents as I thought this was a .co.uk address but all shipments are from overseas therefore there is a long delivery time (20 days). Only 1 item arrived out of 5. 2 months no refund. The returns@ email address does not work. There is no response from the seller. Hopefully they'll respond to this review?! The address is a U.K. website.co.U.K. and there is a postal address on the website which is Cornwall. All looks U.K. based but it is not. Where are my items? You’ve responded to this review but not to the 7 emails I’ve sent you. They will take your money and will not refund you when items are not delivered.
