Poor product information and poor customer service
I ordered stainless steel tables and castors together. The castors arrived before the tables. When the tables arrived we took them off the pallets only to find that the castors do not fit! Nisbetts have failed to resolve this issue and now want to charge me for returning the tables.

10 weeks and still no payout.
It has been over 10 weeks since we submitted a claim for a cancelled holiday of a lifetime (£8000). The cancellation was due to the onset of a serious health condition which prohibited flying and travelling. I am currently having treatment and awaiting surgery later this month. Since submitting the documents there has been a complete lack of communication other than automated emails to say they are very busy. They are very quick to take the premium but it seems they do not assign enough staff to the claims department.
