It has been over 10 weeks since we submitted a claim for a cancelled holiday of a lifetime (£8000). The cancellation was due to the onset of a serious health condition which prohibited flying and travelling. I am currently having treatment and awaiting surgery later this month. Since submitting the documents there has been a complete lack of communication other than automated emails to say they are very busy. They are very quick to take the premium but it seems they do not assign enough staff to the claims department.
