So far so good. I’ve had 4 deliveries so far. One error on an earlier delivery was sorted out straight away. Good quality fruit and veg each time. I haven’t noticed the food keeps less well in the fridge despite their advert saying their broccoli won’t last as long…I guess we must eat it too quickly?!

Quick delivery, good range of products on offer at fair prices. Love the free returns envelope. Overall, a great service!

Quick delivery. Always can get returns envelopes. Great products! Much better prices compared to many ultra-eco products and services which makes them more competitive with the mainstream and easier to convert to in the long term.

I bought some Skins running tights. They arrived quickly. When they were too large, it was easy to arrange an exchange and new Skins were with me within days. No fuss. Brilliant!

Delivery is always on time. I’m able to make changes right up to the last minute. Good range of products. Fair pricing. I love being able to send back my empties in the envelopes so I don’t get the waste and I’m happy to know the packaging is reused or actually properly recycled.

I bought the end of season sale plants.£1 each. Yes, they were finished for this year, but planting them “in the green” raises the chances of a good show next year, and at that price you can’t moan! They arrived carefully packaged and really quickly. Thank you!

Brilliant service. Books arrived in good time. Fantastic that I can buy secondhand books so easily and excellent choice. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PACKAGING AWAY FROM PLASTIC! I buy secondhand because I’m trying to be eco. It arriving in plastic kind of kills the gesture somewhat.

Arrived in good time. Well packaged. Unfortunately one part didn’t line up too well during construction and another part got broken trying to get the first part straight. Luckily, it doesn’t seem to have had any impact on the overall end result and son loves his beautiful, cosy bed. Fits in his tiny room so well and provides plenty of storage space, turning a small space into an efficient and comfortable bedroom.

Good selection of products delivered in a timely manner. Easy envelope system so you can post the packs back quickly. It’s lovely to get an acknowledgement when I return the packs so I know they’re going to be recycled. Hand wash smells lovely, fabric softener is really good and makes the clothes much softer when hanging on the line. Dishwashing liquid again smells lovely and does the job.

A good price, considering all things eco are more expensive, these products are not much above mainstream brands. Products work well, phew! Beautiful scents. Arrive on time and they take back the plastic packaging to reuse which is perfect!

The wash bar and shampoo is amazing. Lovely smell, easily foams up and rinses off no problem. Hanging tab so it can dry. What’s not to like!

I have bought numerous Foamie bars and am very impressed with them.

The FACIAL bar with NIACINAMIDE is my FAVOURITE BAR EVER. This smells gorgeous, is foamy and lovely on the skin, and doesn’t cause dryness. Most importantly, as a rosacea sufferer, it doesn’t irritate my skin, and has even helped a little with reducing the redness. Yes, it’s all expensive (the less you want in terms of plastic, chemicals, eco impact…the more you pay, it seems, which is true for ALL eco products!) but the facial bar is soooooooo worth it! And it’s nowhere near as expensive as most rosacea facial washes, so I’m sticking to it forever!

The SHOWER GEL bars are beautifully scented and do their job like a dream, albeit an expensive dream. They scent the room and my skin for a good while afterwards…lovely! There is no waste and they last about as long as a 500ml bottle of something high quality.

The SHAMPOO (I use the aloe Vera one for dry hair) again is a bit expensive, but not more so than other premium or eco shampoos. It lasts as long as a large bottle of something fancy, and there’s none wasted or stuck to the bottom of the bottle and impossible to get out. I use it until it’s completely gone. Perfect!

The CONDITIONER is a shame. It smells beautiful and foams up like a soap so easy to tell when you’ve got enough on, but for me it didn’t make my hair feel silky or conditioned at all. I used the one for dry hair and was disappointed, I’m afraid. But it seems that good solid conditioners are hard to find, so I’m not surprised.

The BODY BUTTER goes on very sparingly as it’s quite solid, but smells lovely and leaves my skin feeling deeply moisturised for the whole day. Even my heels and that’s saying something!

I love the SOAP DISHES and they allow me to take the products to work, as I have to shower at the end of my shift.

Lovely smell, bubbles up nicely although the bubbles don’t last very long. BUT. I’m afraid, I’m so disappointed by ALL eco products: the less you want (plastic wrapping, chemicals, eco impact…) the more you pay. £22/L for a refill pouch I’m afraid really does take the biscuit. Even if they take back the pouch and refill it. A subscription does save a bit of money, but not much, to be honest. I’m probably priced out despite being desperate to improve my eco impact. Such a shame.

Lovely smell, bubbles up fine (although the bubbles go away quickly). But absolutely the most expensive kids’ bubble bath I’ve ever bought! I’m hoping it’ll make my kids more intelligent as well or something! Although I appreciate they do offer a returns service.

Lovely choice, easy to buy, previous purchases have also been easy. Just a shame it’s all so expensive, or I’d buy more often!
