We had a wide range of experiences from the different teams..some great..some not so great.

Ashleigh in the office - always did her best under some very difficult circumstances
Louise on the heating team.

Biggest isdue was the surveyor, who when made several mistakes and misvommunications, is not answerable to anyone -apparently - when we tried to escalate our concerns about his mistakes.Darren Gill

Reqlly impressed with the service we received from Andrew. Were lucky to have a very short wait...when he arrived he was calm and polite. He talked us through what the options were and how he would try to solve our problem. He carefully got into the cracked door and poked the unlock on the keys that were locked in the car. Success. No damage done to car door either. Very happy.

Absolutely top notch flavours, quality ingredients, super easy....
First time and our taste buds are happy!
(Only wish the description of the meal was on the box..not just title. We had to go to computer to find the description of what we'd ordered..bit of a pain)

Arrives on time, whatever the weather

Panther delivered our small sofa, perfectly in time, good communications before hand and were helpful at handover.

We've had hellofresh on and off for a few years, and just started again. Surprised to see all the additional costs for premium meals (preferred it when it was a flat rate and all meals were great) Overtime, they did seem to get a bit 'cheaper', eg from having steak, to sausages but overall still LOVE the convenience of having everything sent in a box.
(we had over 16 single use plastic containers/sachets which would be great to see alternatives).
Also we had 2 lots of cherry tomatoes in our box, one were from UK, and the other from Morocco...this was disappointing as we are Keen to keep food local where possible.
So, it not cheap but it IS good food, inspiring meals and convenient.

(did I mention the need to use every pan in the house? Get your other half to agree to do the dishes and it's fine)

We already knew that we loved the product..and it is perfect.
Unfortunately when i called up to ask why it had been delivered when promised..initial reaction was a rude 'whats your problem, madam?'
I hate being called madam..and was already having a really bad day.. so told him so....from then on..he was polite, and did good job of sorting delivery following day. Overall happy with service...i guess we all have our moments :)
