Vehicle needed to be recalled, contacted by EH and booked when convenient to me and also on a 2 hour slot. Arrival just before allocated time enabled a swift confirmation of the work required and key handover. A call before the planned 2 hour from EH meant I could collect the vehicle sooner. Paperwork swiftly completed. Would recommend using EH in the future.

The agent who helped me, Emma Fleming, was really helpful. Immediately understood my problem and escalated it to the appropriate team for resolution. All done within ten minutes. I hope the rest of the team are as pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue.

The proposed delivery of an adjustable bed was between 07:00 and 11:00. To my surprise and gratitude Andrei and Andy phoned at 06:40 to say they would be at my address in 20 minutes. Almost to the minute they arrived and within 30 minutes had built, tested and gave me instruction on using the mechanism. They were professional and helpful throughout. Due to mobility problems my wife needed to purchase a riser chair and adjustable bed both were found at Furniture Village in Milton Keynes. The assistant (I believe was Nina) could not have been more helpful, with so much patience ensuring both the chair and mattress met my wife’s requirements. The whole experience went above our expectations as did the phone call today from Mia confirming and arranging our delivery despite a poor connection.Excellent customer service.

The whole process from initial contact to book a hearing check through to the fitting of my hearing aids was straightforward and may I say a pleasurable experience. Rahim put me at my ease from our first consultation, explaining each step and answered all my questions in an easy to understand way. The outcome was I needed hearing aids which were reasonably priced and have made a difference to my life. I thoroughly recommend any one who feels their hearing has deteriorated to contact the hub for investigation.
