So far so goodish. Arrived in a fair amount of time. Nice quality, however sizing off. Size medium T-shirt more on the large side and size medium hoodie too small.
Returning for exchange has been quick and easy to return.
Waiting to see how the exchange goes???

Order £30 of food with a £7 voucher. Whole order turned up cold and ice cream melted - went on chat for instant credit and received £3 refund???? Never Again.

There has been an odd occasion when worked. Pretty much 2 out of 5 times so this review reflects.

Aw was going so well, however shame as been notified an item I ordered after order gone through is out of stock.
Bit miffed of how this could have happened in 2026????
Ordered 2 of the same for size if knew was out of stock before order went through would have chosen an alternative item. Unable to now as not wanting to pay the additional postage and return cost.
Maybe an idea if this happens to give customer some sort of discount.
Due to this been put off ordering again.

A little over priced and hit and miss with quality. Shame to say what really has let me down on recent order is Yodel delivery. Going to contact Pixie Girl to see if can sort as I haven't the time or the patience. Rating could change watch this space......

Waiting in for package today and when checked tracking found "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us". WTF???? There is no other information needed about my address it is standard and never had issues with any other deliveries from Yodel and others. Now too late to contact, closed Sunday so have to wait until Monday to waste my time sorting for something that shouldn't have to.
