Have made two orders with fresh farm so far (including a snowboard in one) and both time the products, service and delivery have been great. No issues whatsoever.

Ordered a Beyond Medals jacket from them which I've been really happy with. Got a quick response to an email about delivery, and it was also a nice touch to get a hand written note to say thanks inside the package. Definitely a friendly and helpful shop that I'd order from again.

It was great the way we were greeted at the airport by multiple members of the Crystal team and guided through everything. They were all mega organised and someone was even available at the gear rental place to help us get sorted with everything we needed.

During the rest of the trip we got messages with helpful bits of advice and it was easy to go and speak face to face with someone from Crystal in one of the many places they said they'd be available to meet. There was a slight issue with our accommodation but got help to deal with it. Overall we were very happy with the quality of where we were staying and the trip was great value for money.

Super fast delivery, and everything else with the order was exactly as expected. Amazing price for the item I was after too.

Quality frames and lenses with all orders I've placed now. Plus every time I've had a request or needed some assistance with my order the help I've been given has been really good - the support staff are all very professional friendly.

Thanks to Brexit-related customs issues it took a while to receive my order in Portugal from the UK, but obviously that's not within Mountain Dog's control and I didn't even feel the need to get in touch with them about it. I was able to at least track the order along the way and when I finally received my purchase I was very happy with it. All good in the end.

I suggested that a review should be redacted so that a member of staff for a company wasn't mentioned by name. It doesn't seem to be in keeping with good ethics or GDPR regulations for individual staff members to be named and shamed on here. A week later though and I've not received any sort of response.

It's amazing knowing that you're getting green energy, you're paying less for it, and a brilliantly designed website that means you hardly even need their admittedly awesome customer service.
