Jag har gjort ögonfransförlängning hos Katia många, många gånger och de blir alltid fantastiska. Jag gillar den naturliga looken, och Katia gör det alltid precis som jag önskar. Hon arbetar väldigt snabbt!

Jag tycker också om att färga ögonbrynen hos henne! Hon matchar färgerna väldigt fint och resultatet ser naturligt ut.

From samples to the final product we were totally amazed.
All samples were well marked and arrived fast. Then I ordered the custom made size carpet on Sunday and it was shipped out already on Tuesday, with delivery the next day! Amazing quality of the carpet , the edge stitches done super fine, fast delivery to the house with DHL! We are super happy with our purchase!

I used Zalando for years (50+ orders) and I was very happy with them until recently, when returns were not being registered or took very long time to be registered, but a customer service always helped me out, so big “+” to them. On the down side, you always ALWAYS have to save a receipt from Posten as a confirmation of the return, otherwise you get no help.
Lately I discovered that I can no longer get buy stuff with faktura or pay with my bank/credit cards or PayPal, but I have to do an advanced bank payment. WT,F?! In the era of online shopping and dozens of online shops this is just ridiculous. So now, Zalando totally lost me as a customer.

Ok people, I am a frequent passenger of NAS and I think most of the reviews here are totally unreasonable (especially referring to covid-19 and refunds).
Norwegian airplane are always fresh and well maintained, both ground and cabin staff are friendly. Customer service overall could improve, but it is far better than any other low cost airline.
TRAVELLING AND REFUNDS: I had my trip to Barcelona cancelled back in April due to covid and I just received refund the other week. I never contacted customer service, but just patiently waited and got money back in May.
P.S. Please stop booking tickets with broker agencies and then blaming airline for not giving you support. ALWAYS book tickets directly from an Airline (no matter which one).

Absolutely great shop & service.
I bought few Bosch tools as a present for my husbands birthday and few days after I saw that Proffmagasinet had 20% on everything, which was a bit disappointing. I went to the shop to pick up the order and asked guys about discount and they were super nice and helpful and re-calculated my order with discount applied. Just to mention, I would have bought it on full price anyway, but it was very nice of them to help.
Since then, I made another order and it went all well.
Quick order processing, pleasant guys in the shop, good & quick communication, 5/5 starts are totally deserved!

Great tool! Quick heating. It only takes few seconds to make amazing curls, which last the whole day (until the washing really). It took me about 30 min to curl all hair & I have pretty long hair.
I was a bit sceptical from the begging, but totally love it now. Absolutely great value for money.
