Worst banking app and online. Nothing works

Been trying for 3 months to access the bank and online! Warning - to save yiu the stress and wasted time - repeatedly. Do not use. The app does not work nor online. NOTHING works.
Staff are negligent by giving you the wrong information. There is no concern for customers at all.

Terrible experience trying to return or…

Terrible experience trying to return or seek a refund. Seems like a deliberate convoluted process. Nobody seems to care if refund not received as there is nobody to contact. Will not use again.
Prefer to contact national retailers moving forward even if slightly more expensive.

Delivery chap was great as are the bags but…

So, I amended this from one to three stars as the delivery chap was very professional and Morrisons seem to be the only supermarket actually delivering in bags. So convenient. I thought it best to write a review to warn others to save them the stress via the app ordering.

First time I used the app to place an order. My bank verified the payment 3 times but the app stalled continuously, reverting to payment again and again.
I messaged Morrisons, Customer Services replied stating that the payment had been confirmed. I went back to the app and online- back to square one. Still showing checkout.No order showing, stuck on checkout as previously. Emailed the sender, no reply until 2 laters
Anyway, stay away from the app, online seems to be fine.

I placed an order for gluten free…

I placed an order for gluten free products. But one of the items referred to a free from gluten had contradictory info.
The refund process was so quick and professional.

Terrible

Order placed for delivery -8pm to 9pm on a Thursday. 9.40 pm still waiting so tracked order and the time of delivery is stated as 11.43PM !! No call, nothing to inform me of the delay. I used to order from different supermarkets but changed to this fir ethical reasons..Will no longer order from Asda as obviously it has no respect for its customers

I was informed by him in response to my previous review that Lebara would be in contact. Sadly, nobody has contacted hence contact via this method hopefully. All I want is the refund for March to July as promised by Lebara staff previously and now would like to also close the account. Very frustrating.

Appalling

Appalling. Do not use.Nobody does as they say. Money is withdrawn from my account even though I did not receive the sim card despite chasing. I was promised a refund but still not received.
You get cut off in chats on their website.
The worst phone provider

Absolute rubbish!

If you are considering changing to Vodafone DON'T. I was with Orange for over 12 years and regretably changed to Vodafone. The iphone I received was faulty from the start, it was sent for repair and even then it did not work properly. I tried over several weeks to contact them but nobody would speak to me! I was promised return calls 10 times but nobody called me back, nobody knows what is going on. I want to write directly to Nick Jeffrey CEO as ultimately he carrys the can and gets paid top whack for what I wonder.
As an update, after 4 weeks of trying I finally got to speak to somebody called Jacob in the complaints department He said that the contractual monthly payment of 31 pounds would be credited to my account and that I would receive a text message confirming this on the same day. To date 2 weeks later I still have not received this. This is an absolute disgrace. I would NEVER treat a customer in this manner.
