Great deal and huge range of products

First time buyer experience from this retailer. Was looking for Gucci perfume so their price was the best compared to other sites and shops. Also outlet items are really a bargain!!!! Place an order just before midnight 😁 Saturday. Can't believe it was delivered on Sunday afternoon 👏👏👏 Thank You!!!!

The issue still unresolved

The issue still unresolved after 3 weeks of request made. Need someone who can fix it without wasting the time with a customer service phone calls
Can't due any phone calls and no data connection at all. The barring function can't be switched off as it says network issues.

Unreliable vehicle diagnostic waste of money

Unreliable vehicle diagnostic with incorrect verdict which didn't resolve the problem. Also the car had been kept for more than 24 hours despite the pre-booked appointment in advance. No repairs only to diagnose the problems. In results had to take unpaid day off work plus 239 to pay for the diagnostic which is not resolved the issues. Still need to investigate further....

Manipulative auto renewal

Have been charged for the temporary purchased plan from my bank account automatically without the customer authorization. Such an unacceptable behaviour by Lycamobile. Investigated this issue further just be aware that after the online purchase and switching off the auto renewal it's ignored by the system. After the 30 days period it will be debited from the bank account again. Registered with there new application now, so exactly as I said the auto renewal set up automatically without the customer authorization. Such a manipulative behaviour because then it will take weeks to get this sorted and refunded (40 minutes waiting time to get someone by phone, the emailing them and get any response looks easier take a way to the moon and back). Meanwhile they are quickly and easy blocking your number if you claimed the unlawful charge back through your own bank.

No customer support 😡

The 322 customer service can't resolve the issue. The online complaint team didn't respond for a week now. The SIM number still unable to make any calls, txt and mobile data. God knows what going on there.

Unreliable and dishonest company

Unreliable and dishonest company. Delivered the parcel to wrong address. Denied to investigate it properly. Didn't compared the real pictures of actual address with the driver's one. Also their tracking device show that the van been located far from the original post code (confirmed by customer service on the web chat).

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Nothing about the responsibility if the quality of the trip not as expected!!! Silly solutions for part refund by bonuses which has been given already at time of purchase the tickets. No updates about the bus condition even after reports.

Dishonest and worth experience ever!!

Dishonest and worth experience ever!!! Be aware sometimes cheapest option is just to get a consultation with other reliable and honest people in migration law. Having a dramatic war events in my own country Ukraine this "professionals" charges unbelievably over the top for their services. Using my struggling situation to get my migration status resolved and giving me a hope that it will be sorted soon charged me 1000 pounds for applying for humanitarian protection. If someone reading this can advise me is any chance to claim my money back. Thank You!!!!

The refund received after 3 months of waiting time
💛💙💔Unprecedented heartbreaking experience!!!! My flight to Ukraine was cancelled in early March due to the invasion by Russian military forces. Tried to contact the company to get the refund. Still waiting for their procedure completed and hope that the ignorance of this company will be prosecuted!!!!

Purchased items didn't arrive. Contact customer service, still nothing for another 5 days. No updates for 10 days in total. After review on Trustpilot the problem with the order was sorted. Leaving a 5⭐ now as promised.
