Pretty much fraud

Pretty much fraud
Bought a lawn mover, photographed in a wrapper and a box, implying that it was new or close to new
Turned out to be second hand which is OK but also turned out not to work at all
There was no mention of the fact it didn't work
Tried to return it and got a whole load of standard terms and conditions thrown back at me. Given up!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Fabletics steals money

Fabletics steals money. They have just stolen £50 from me
DO NOT sign up to a VIP plan.
There is never anything worth buying with the credits and when you don't use them in time they expire.
If you don't sign up to a VIP plan it is massively overpriced
The womens clothes are poor fitting and poorly made

We are sorry to hear you feel this way, as we are trying to make our policy as transparent as possible and our only goal is to help our members have a high-quality shopping experience and benefit from the program.

If you choose a special offer and VIP price in your first order, you become a VIP member. That means that you have many benefits, but you need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and, if you do not want to buy something, click on the button "skip the month". Only if you do not do that, the amount of 54.99 GBP is transferred to your Fabletics account, and you can use them to buy something. You can skip as many months as you want. There is also always the option to checkout as a regular customer.

When you choose a VIP price, you are informed about how the membership works both before and after confirming the order. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase that provides you with additional information about the VIP membership. In addition, you get a pamphlet with your order in the package that contains information about the membership.

What is great is that the worth of the Credit is up to 80 GBP, so you get more value for the money. You can use 1 Member Credit for an item or 2 piece outfits with VIP prices up to £80, even though you were charged only 49 GBP. You have 12 months to use your Member Credit, from the date you've been charged or opted in this membership, but don’t worry, we will send you reminders 3 months before the expiration date, if you don’t spend them before. Also, you have access to Fitness App, free of charge. You'll be getting Invites to Store Events and New Styles every Thursday. 

Furthermore, we also send an email reminder 3 months prior to the member credit expiration date to remind our members to use their Member Credit before it expires.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you do not like the quality of our products. Our designers apply a lot of effort to choose the best materials. Please note that exchanges and returns are free of charge.

Do Not Use Wise for your business

Wise asks for personal details of directors multiple times give no notice of the requirement and instantly suspend your account meaning you can't receive funds and funds are returned to customers causing total and utter chaos. Wise is not fit for purpose as a business account

Do Not Purchase a Subscription

Do Not, under any circumstances, purchase a trial subscription or subscription. Almost impossible to cancel it.
I wish I had read the reviews here before doing so.

Can't find the account to cancel, using all my email addresses and phone number - very very frustrationg

Next day delivery doesn't mean next…

Next day delivery doesn't mean next day. Still waiting on Day 2, have contacted them via chat and they have no idea where it is or when I will get it.
They refunded the delivery fee, but I'd rather have my stuff

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH METROBANK

it takes 30 minutes to make an international payment over the phone and you cannot do it on-line (to Brazil)
and
Even then, after 30 minutes, they fail to execute the payment

Really really terrible don't be tempted to open an account

Really really terrible. On Line processes so poor you have to call them. Takes at least 15 minutes to speak to someone. The takes another 5 to get through security.
Sadly I operate a business account through them. Many things you can only do through a business manager. You can never get hold of one. I had to spend 3.5hrs on the phone just to get to speak to a business manager who has just described the clunkiest process imaginable to change our account details

Free Trial Offer SCAM

I received a free trial offer and took it up - fine
LESS than 3 weeks later I had an email saying my monthly order was about to be delivered.
No warning, no checking, not even a month to allow me to remember to cancel. £20 wasted
Really sharp practice, I feel ashamed of myself for falling for it.
If you need to by it, just buy it in a shop and don't do what I did.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We send out your first box 17 days after the Trial Set is dispatched, and this is clearly stated throughout the purchasing process and in the confirmation email.

This is because the Trial Set only comes with one blade and a small Foaming Shave Gel that is designed to give you a chance to try out the products before more are sent to you.

We found that 17 days is a good amount of time for both our daily and not so daily shavers to really test out the products, but you're always able to log into your account to modify that as you see fit.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Wish I had stayed somewhere else for the money and ended up another £700 out of pocket

2 issues: the room and my damaged laptop.

Rooms not clean, bathrooms mouldy, cheap plastic flooring, rooms not cleaned every day, 1 bar of soap for 2 people for 3 days, towels not replaced. Supposed to be a suite, there is another room in the "suite" that is comically empty! There is also only 1 chair for 2 people?? People are nice but there clearly are not enough of them.

We left an undamaged laptop with them in left luggage prior to checking in. This was then moved to our room. Sometime between leaving it with them and finding it in our room, it was very badly damaged. They are refusing to compensate us for the damage. Really bad service.

Bought an Easter present of a plant for my friend for delivery on the 3rd of April. Actually arrived on the 14th of April
We had all gone through the apology and embarrassment phase of the present not turning up

Everything is so clunky, separate systems, separate departments, fictitious business relationship managers.

Told every time I call they can't find the mandate but do after 5 minutes
I have send a change of mandate form to them 5 times and nothing happens and
Anything slightly out of the ordinary requires contact with a relationship who you cannot get through to or never calls back. I must have tried to contact them around 10 times in 2 years

Life is too short for Metrobank

Skyscammer more like. Get a price book it, says it's booked then half an hour later you get an email saying the transaction was declined ~ rubbish, just don't use it

I wish I had never used lastminute to…

I wish I had never used lastminute to book a last minute trip to Paris. They were unable to provide on-line check in and boarding passes for either of my flights despite charging for it. I had an email from them while abroad saying I couldn't check in on-line for the return and saying they would refund the check in fee. I spend half an hr on a premium telephone line while abroad trying to speak to someone about it but couldn't get through to an actual human. I then managed to check myself in on-line despite what they had said. Really really poor, wasted my holiday time and communication simply wrong. Use the airlines direct!
