Una de las cosas que más me molestan son las "promociones" engañosas. Jetsmart ofrece un mínimo de 5mil pesos de descuento por vuelo cuando eres miembro del club. Además de eso un descuento por pagar con tarjeta Mastercard los fines de semana. Hasta aquí todo parece normal ¿Verdad? Error. Cuando voy a pagar el pasaje, me aumentan 30 lukas en uno de los tramos a pito de nada, simplemente el precio se infla sin explicación (ver fotos adjuntas).
No estoy hablando de tasas ni servicios extra, eso se paga aparte (insisto, ver detalle los pantallazos). Es decir, vuelos prometidos en 60 lukas, terminan siendo más de 200 ah y agradece que "te están haciendo un descuento ". Publicidad totalmente engañosa y sin transparencia, actitud rata de empresario tercermundista de esos que abundan en Chile (y lo digo con conocimiento de causa, porque vivo hace más de una década en Europa, donde las empresas sí hacen descuentos reales, los empresarios no son unas viles ratas y el cliente está mucho más protegido).

I was buying a ticket from Wrocław to Warsaw and the system changed the departure station to a village in the middle of nowhere. I immediately contacted the customer service to find a solution. They took really long to reply "the ticket is not refundable". Ridiculous policy considering the bus was departing a week later than the booking moment so the company could try offer a better solution since my request was changing the departure station because I still needed to make the trip.
I just lost 60zl.
First and last time I buy with these scammers and I'll make sure to tell everyone to avoid them.

I always buy nice stuff for competitive price and the items arrive in fair time (I live in Chile). I had a couple of problems, but they quickly solved them. Absolutely satisfied!
