Not next day delivery as advertised on…

Not next day delivery as advertised on the website.
What girl can live without hair hair straightners?
No delivery info sent by Royal Mail or Just My look.
Delivered to sorting office which was closed by the time I found out.
Not happy having to go into town to buy them at 6pm which I could have done yesterday. Will no longer be needing the GHDs at the sorting office.
Update still at sorting office which is only open 8-10am impossible for me to collect due to work no way of getting in touch with sorting office so they are stuck.
Just my look deny any responsiblity I will be contacting trading standards regarding the false advertisement of next day delivery. Who knows what will happen to the straightners stuck at the Royal Mail depot and how long it will take for me to get my money back.

In reply to Just my looks comments who pre- authorised the pick up from the sorting office it was my understanding I would have next day delivery to my house have you hidden sorting office collection in the small print?
Here are the open times for your so call pre-authorised collection point that I am not aware that I authorised.
Tuesday 8–10 am
Wednesday 8–10 am
Thursday 8–10 am
Friday 8–10 am
Saturday 8 am–12 pm
Sunday Closed
Monday 8–10 am
I work during these limited collection times and have not been able to contact the post office collections to arrange return to you.

Absolutely terrible service from just my look and the post office!!!

Elsa Sass not thriving

I ordered an Elsa Sass peony in December I was happy to pay more for a mature plant (5 years) that this company states will flower in the first year. It arrived promptly although it looked damp i planted it out following primrose instructions which were good.
I have many peony’s which all have healthy eyes including a young 2 year old peony bought this year from another company that is doing so much better than the Elsa Sass bought from you.
I very much doubt that it will flower this year, I suppose there is time for more eyes to appear but I doubt that will happen.
I have sent a message to Primrose Hall using the on line support but due to there being no evidence of me sending it and no reply on a previous occasion along with no contact number I have come straight to Trust pilot.
Primrose hall please tell me where to send a photo as evidence. So that I can get a refund or you can replace my Elsa Sass for a decent 5 year plant that is thriving.
If I receive a happy out come I’ll take down my review

I have now heard back from Primrose Hall and for the time being I am happy with with the agreement of reviewing my Elsa Sass later in the season!

Not delivered on time

This was my first Sam Turner order it didn’t arrive in the stated time. I spoke to an employer who said he would investigate what the hold up was and we agreed it would come on next day delivery. It didn’t arrive even though it was out for delivery.
Called DPD waited half an hour for them to answer and was then told the parcel was not delivered due to first line of my address being missing Sam Turner had the first line of my address it was on the invoice.
Called Sam Turner who have said they will let DPD have the first line of my address.
Hoping it arrives tomorrow.

Beware this company takes money from your account after you cancel the policy.

I cancelled my policy online a month ago and a renewal still got taken out of my account.
I called the company who said it was a genuine mistake and the money would go back in my account.
I won’t be using their services again.

Tasteless

Oh no whats happened to my favourite Lady Grey Tea bags where has all the zesty flavour gone? I thought I had a bad batch but no my new box is equally as bad just watery liquid with no flavour 🙁
Time to move on from Twinings how disappointing!

Amazing support

Amazing support
From the moment we met Claire from the Botley branch my sons and I new we were in good hands.
Claire was very calming reasuring and sympathetic at this difficult time.
She guided us through the process always giving us great advice, we feel she went above and beyond with a few extra touches that were very much appreciated.
The boys father had a truly great send off. We received nothing but positive comments from the service!

Shocking reliability from a £1500 dish washer

According to Miele’s web page “When you buy a Miele appliance, you choose longevity and the best quality”.
I disagree and think this is false advertising!
My £1500 dish washer is just over 3 years old. Once the 2 year warranty had run out we had a problem with lack of power I paid for a fixed repair currently £269 a year ago.
Now I’m expected to pay another £269 although if it’s the same problem I’ll get my money back.
This is not best quality and longevity.
I’m pretty sure I could buy a new dish washer for £269 with a two year warranty that wouldn’t keep breaking down!
For all you sensible people thinking of buying a Miele dish washer and checking out trust pilot reviews Do not buy a Miele it is a rip off I’ve had far cheaper dish washers that have lasted much longer than Miele.

Update
I was contacted today by Lee from Miele who has agreed that I shouldn’t pay an extra £269 for the repair. I’m happy with this outcome the engineer will be here in 7 days.

When working I would give the grinder 5…

When working I would give the grinder 5 stars unfortunately the charging wire is not good quality. After maximum of 5 uses the wire is now not working I have always had to position it carefully to allow charge I have emailed lucky tail and will update this when I know how good there customer services are.

Update Adam at customer services always replied to my emails quickly, although I’m still waiting for my replacement wire 3 weeks after my original email, I will update this if and when it arrives.

My new charging wire has arrived thank you Adam for the great customer service.

My dog Flynn always hated having his nails done but now sits quietly allowing me to grind his nails a great device that makes my life a lot easier!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
I returned an expensive jacket which was delivered to Rab on the 6th of January today is the 15th of January.
I am still waiting for my refund !! I haven’t had a reply from the email I sent on the 10th of January to chase the refund. Come on Rab get your act together and send my refund. My advice to all is don’t buy from Rab if you might need to return an item.

Feeling sad!

Feeling sad as my go to company John Lewis seems to be struggling with their customer services.
Firstly my order was cancelled due to low stock the night before delivery, I had already booked the day off work to make sure I was in for said delivery.
Secondly I didn’t manage to get to my phone in time to rearrange delivery when they called so I was sent an email asking me to call them. After queueing for 30 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. I then sent an Email asking for them to phone me back a whole day later I have heard nothing. So now I’m wondering if I will get my delivery before Christmas.

Lucky Escape

Tried to buy Dyson V11 online my bank authorised payment. Dyson rejected it. Just spent forty minutes listening to Vivaldi on loop. Boring!!! As I would like to know why they don’t want my good money.

After looking at the terrible trust pilot reviews think I might of had a lucky escape.

Bad luck Dyson I will spend my money with a company that looks after its customers better than you do.

Beware beware beware!!! Flux I score you with a red caution!. I am a driving instructor. I encouraged my sensible son to have your black box policy as I believed you to be a reputable company. Your telematics policy is damaging your reputation and I personally will never insure with you again and will encourage all my students to avoid you.

Every time my son has been given a warning due to excessive speed which he has strongly denied I have gathered evidence then phoned flux who have always forwarded my complaint to there evidence centre then found in my sons favour.

All parents who have off spring with this policy believe them when they tell you they weren’t speeding, check the speed limits for the particular road they were caught on, contact flux and complain. According to flux it’s the drivers responsibility to prove the satellite recordings are wrong not flux.

The satellite recordings are often wrong. Although all staff are helpful this policy is duping and conning our youngsters.

I believe the satellite recordings to be no better then fraudulent. Until the satellite systems can record accurately flux should be doing more to protect these young drivers who are wrongly being accused of speeding and in some cases having there policy’s cancelled although my sons policy hasn’t been cancelled I wonder how many innocent young drivers have had policy’s cancelled.

Young drivers and parents avoid this policy unless you have time to gather evidence and question the satellite findings often!!

Umm so confused by Flux telematics

I’ve still not heard back regarding the review below, I think you contacted my son instead of me. Please get in touch. I have been told that amber lines on the app do not affect next years insurance. I think this is wrong and would like confirmation as I am unable to find any information to explain this. For the lack of information allowing me to understand how the app effects the cost of next years policy I have reduced the score to 2 stars
Umm so confused by Flux telematics that my son has had for approximately 2 weeks now. Yesterday the app wrongly stated that my son had been speeding (amber line) in a 40 limit just before a speed camera. The Adrian flux representertive agreed that the telematics was recording the 30 limit to early and stated she would send the evidence up the chain for investigation.
The very helpful flux representative stated that amber lines would not effect the price of his insurance next year and that it was only red lines that effect insurance. Today the app has recorded my son driving x country he definitely wasn’t off road. So he has another amber line at this point. My sons savings for not driving off road were only 80p his savings have been more on previous days. So for 2 days on a row my son has been penalised for driving correctly.

Simon you seem to be the flux representative who investigates Trust Pilot reviews maybe you could investigate this for me. I am also very keen to know exactly how Flux work out savings that are earned in a day.

Super service

I was a little worried about ordering from this company I thought parts of the bundle I wanted might be an older version so phoned them, discussed exactly what I wanted.
Two days later I received my Garmin very impressed by the service and also a great price far cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen on line.
I will definitely use this company again.
