I thought I'd order a sample for £4.95…

I thought I'd order a sample for £4.95 but they actually sell you a full size bottle for £39.00 and say you can have a 14x days grace period so if you don't like it you can send it back. This information isn't provided whilst you are making the "sample" purchase, you find out afterwards when the full amount of £39 has been charged. (Not the same as buying a sample for £4.95...)

I used the foundation and the colour was good, however I have developed a reaction to the product after using it continuously for a week. My face itches/stings and my eyes are all puffy.

Have since discontinued the use and my face has gone back to normal.

I should learn my lesson, anything I buy from instagram adverts is always a bit dodgy!

Hi! To clarify, all of our products are full sized! We don't offer samples. The 'charge' you're seeing is a pre-authorization - which we mention prior to checking out and it's stated on our FAQ page! It's a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions and to ensure the funds are available. It drops in 4 business days from when you ordered. I have 3x full bags that I want to…

I have 3x full bags that I want to donate to Thrift+, my first issue is that whenever I have tried to use Evri drop off's the printer's have been broken or had an issue.

I registered two bags back in early 2024 and couldn't get them taken with Evri as two of the Evri collection points I went to had issues so they've been sitting in my bedroom ever since... I've recently had another clear out of my room and decided to try again with a third bag. I managed to register my bag and took it to the nearest Evri parcel shop that had an "in house Printer" but sadly there was another issue with the Evri scanners.

I tried to re-register the original two bags too but I keep getting an error message as I think the previous registration has run out of time. I've emailed the Thrift+ customer services team, they took 3x days to get back to me and with information telling me to just go to my account and reactivate my bags in the "my Thrift bags" section. However they are not there so this isn't the issue, which would have been easy for the customer service agent to check on as I provided the bag numbers and a screen shot of the error message. So the generic video they sent to me didnt address the issue I've been facing at all.

They ended their reply to me with "is there anything else I can help you with today? " I emailed back within 30 mins and have had no reply and it's 3 hours later, they have now gone offline. No doubt they'll take another 3x days to not solve my issue again. Total waste of my time.

I'm just going to give the clothes to my local charity shop!

Ordered my friend a birthday present…

Ordered my friend a birthday present with next day delivery on Monday, it’s sunday and only one of my items arrived but not the birthday present (her birthday was yesterday).

No notification that the product wasn’t coming or when it will be here. No reply from customer service but I’ve been charged for all the items.

I purchased an item on 26th July and still haven’t received it.
I’ve emailed customer services to ask for help but no reply over 2 days now...

Terrible customer service and refuse to give me my money back for a dress they haven't delivered

I ordered a dress 27th June for collect + delivery to a store in spitalfields. Got an email confirming dispatch but never any email confirming travcking details or delivery. Called customer servoces after 1.5 wks to be told someone would get back to me in 48 hrs (no one did).
Called back and got send an email from Zara customer services saying my item was at the collection point.
Went to collection point and was rudely directed to a pile of packages at the back of the shop to rummage through and find mine. My package wasn't there...
Asked shop keeper where my package was and they said as I didn't have a UPS tracking number (only an email from Zara) there was nothing they could do and I needed to speak to Zara again.

Before I left the shop I took a photo of the pile of packages just sitting out as mine could have been taken by anyone as the shop owner was not checking. The shop owner then started to say he was going to call the police as I wasnt allowed to take photos in the shop...

I called Zara the next day, again they said they would contact the courier again another 48 hours passed. I didnt get a call. Got an email telling me to call Customer services about 3 days later as there was an update.

The update was that the courier company confirmed my package was at the collection point, I had been there and knew this wasnt the case. By this point I had repurchased the dress from Zara and it had arrived in normal post (so I'd paid for the item twice).

After a long battle with customer services who got me to complain via the whatsapp option too with my photos I am still (a month later) no further forward. Zara have taken my money and will not refund me.

I complained again last week and the woman seemed lovely, told me she would personally deal with the case and call me back last Monday without fail.She didnt call.

They have taken my money and delivered nothing! terrible customer service!! I escalated the matter to a manager and am still waiting (a week later) for a manager call back which was guaranteed within 48 hours. All complete lies and they've just stolen my money.

I've never had this experience with Zara before and I definitely wont be buying from them again sadly.

Absolutely appalling correspondence

Absolutely appalling correspondence, customer service horrendous.

I've never received my parcel and have submitted a missing parcel declaration which was meant to have been addressed within 10 days. 10 days was up 3 days ago now.
The previous parcel I ordered had 'issues' with the courier and this took over 2.5 weeks to find out that the parcel was never going to be delivered too.

I have chased and chased, but getting no replies anymore I'm now considering writing off my £50 spent with them (which i cannot financially afford but doesn't mentally seem worth the hassle) as it's like smashing my head off a brick wall.

(Regarding the reply from Millets below, nothing was ‘discussed’ and essentially they have told me to go to PayPal for a claim. Jokers!)

Again, I’ve been given a bog standard “computer says no” answer which doesn’t address the correct information or timelines. I just tried to reply to the last email as I’m still, furious and it bounced back so I’m assuming somehow my emails have now been blocked?! Unbelievable.

I ordered a product via fruugo purely…

I ordered a product via fruugo purely because there was an option for next day delivery which I paid, costing £11.95.

I’m currently in Birmingham about to go back to London to work after lockdown and that is the reason I needed the next day delivery option.

I ordered my product on Sunday 24th May and the item still isn’t here on 29th May (I’m leaving for London tomorrow 30th May) ... I’ve contacted fruugo and had one reply saying that the supplier has sent through tracking details and that the standard delivery times were 2-5 business days. The customer service person had completely missed the point of my email and the fact that I’d paid over £10 for next day delivery on an item that cost on £20 and the item has still not been delivered.

The tracking details state that Royal Mail has been informed that the item is “on its way to them” and details won’t be updated until they have the item so they say they don’t get have the item.

No one is replying to me at Fruugo anymore and I have asked for my money back... I’m currently itemless and with no correspondence.

Great product, worth the money

I'm on my second month of skinade and I can honestly say my skin is more hydrated, less congested and smoother than before. It's improved my spots and I have a much heathier glow to my skin. I'd highly recommend this product, as soon as this month's supply is up I shall be buying another!
