4th March 2026 London to Strood off peak pre booked cost £7.25 (return half) Had to travel earlier. Instead of 19.20 had to go 14.20 still off-peak with pensioner railcard. Cost to change £10.20. Re-Nationalise these bloodsuckers now.

Try to order pay in slips on line. No human available just endless circles of computer giving answers to questions we are not asking. Posted a cheque with covering letter. No reply and cheque lost. Telephone call just endless recorded voices or wanting codes we don't have. Another letter asking to locate cheque. No reply. Nationwide do not do customer service any more.

June 1st. Trespassers on line at London Bridge. All Thameslink trains cancelled so 3 hours late getting home to Rochester from Abbey Wood. Thameslink refuse compensation. Time the railways were nationalised again.

Gatwick Airport. Price of a Europe to UK adaptor is over £18. Boots in the same shopping area has them for just over £5. Greedflation needs to be called out.

All fine until a claim. I was not even in the car when it was pranged and third party insurance (NFU) settled generously. Renewal from AXA however is £130 extra premium because of this claim. Greedflation. I've gone elsewhere. Date below is approx.

New to me. Bought an item online, Thought I'd bought an item, not a sodding voucher so waited a couple of weeks for no delivery. No phone number except PREMIUM. Wrote a letter that was completely ignored. Somewhere in a mountain of spam now ditched is an out of date "voucher." Don't EVER expect customer service.

Adaware has been my anti spyware for two years and seems to pick up all the nasties. Why do those nerds try to knacker innocent computer users so we need these things? It is that they can't form a relationship with a woman and only have their hands to make love to so have to prove they can at least do something, however useless and futile?
