Excellent service
I have had an Alex table lamp for six years which has been invaluable as I suffer from Glaucoma.
This needed a replaced bulb which was despatched on. 27th September and, despite including a weekend, was received early on 1st October.
My thanks to Serious Readers staff and Royal Mail. The service throughout was excellent.

I sent an email regarding the lid of a two month old Bokashi. Patrick replied almost immediately and asked for a photo. He acknowledged this almost immediately and arranged for a free replacement. The replacement arrived promptly.
