Im over the moon

Im over the moon. Quality glasses and the delivery time was better than expected. A seamless process and the customer service tracking updates on delivery was outstanding.

My only issue now is unlike the prescription glasses that I ordered I’m finding it really difficult to search the web site for prescription sun glasses. They say they do them but when I click I can’t find anyway whereby you can add the prescription details. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but it just seems a lot harder to order sunglasses prescription than it was for standard glasses.

Great delivery service

Great delivery service. Kindly offloaded and wheeled the pallet to end of carport for me. Quality of stones as expected.

Reduce the cost of pads

I already have the Air device so decided that I wanted to add the tens pod to my Collection.

I must confess, I’m impressed with size, convenience of the pod for storage and the way it works.

If your looking to do a 2nd generation then it would be useful for to have an led display to confirm which mode you are in and an led display number confirming the speed rather that simply have the plus or minus setting.

Some have commented on the fact that they don’t like it going off automatically after 15 mins but for me I think this is a nice safety feature on the device

As it’s an expensive device the price point of the accessories (pads) need to come down as I consider this to be to much of a profit margin and deters added value for your customers.

Outstanding physio @ 1 Tindel Square in…

Outstanding physio @ 1 Tindel Square in Chelmsford. Diagnosed with Piriformis Syndrome and muscle imbalance.

The treatment received was excellent and I felt comfortable and safe in the hands of a professional that knew what they were doing. Whilst painful and times with the deep tissue massages, the results are really paying dividends now.

My leg is now getting stronger by the day and my hip rotation has gained the flexibility it had when I was playing golf. It’s been a painful journey over the last couple of months but I’m confident that my golf activity will resume in another 4 weeks time and I have every confidence that I will be stronger and more flexible than I was before.

Thank you for the treatment and getting me back in the game.

It’s a great tool

It’s a great tool, and I really like the size and feel of it. I’m sure it packs a punch, but for now I’m using it as a recovery réhabilitation following physio for Piriformis syndrome and a muscle imbalance.

I’m finding it really beneficial after a stretch and strengthening exercise, but for now I’m only using it on the lowest setting. The additional massage tools that come with it are all good and very useful.

If I’m honest my biggest disappointment was the ordering the carry case to put the gun and tool accessories in. Feels and looks cheap and the zip opening and closing is a headache. Would have been so much better if the case was made in a different type of material and the cut outs for the accessories would have been better done in protective foam.

For this reason I’ve knocked a star off

Great Customer Service. Greeted as we came in through the door. Directed us to what we was looking for and left us to it unless we needed further assistance. Nice to see that rather than pushy salespeople hovering over you all the time. Well done DFS

Uncomfortable Environment

An Uncomfortable Environment

We do love a good spa experience when cruising at sea, so this time we thought we would experience an on land experience at Frinton-on-Sea.

Note that all my reviews on trip advisor are based on honest feedback. So let’s start with the:

Positive:

Outstanding location, about 1.5 miles from the town centre and coast line. Set in a lovely setting with good garden landscapes.

Check in process was simple and effective, although I’m not one to like the pre authorisation of £50:00 going on the card.

Bedroom was a nice size, good views and comfy bed.

Breakfast good quality, good choices, and food hot from the buffet.

Negatives:

The Spa Swimming pool was cold and whilst it has lovely brown rattan sun loungers, the environment is spoilt, where they have put in extra cheap white plastic sun loungers to accommodate for the additional peak times; no doubt to simply to drive up the revenue.

Lack of lighting over the jacuzzi tub area. Only one over head spray working,

Wet steam room was ok as was the salt hydration room.

Our Bathroom: The shower tray was dirty as was the floor.

All the general common areas of the hotel and our room was excessively hot and you had no way of controlling the temperature in your room. It was like having to visit someone in a care home where they keep the heating on fall blast.

Breakfast. Well what can I say! It’s certainly not our kind of environment so be careful and selective where you sit. For some reason they allow you to go and have breakfast in your Spa gowns, so if your the kind that likes to sit near others who have open gowns and spread eagled legs then go for it, but it’s not our cup of tea at 9:00am in the morning.

The check out process: Well we are well seasoned travellers but this is not one that I have ever comes
across. It goes like this:

“Can I help your sir?

Yes I would like to check out please.

Certainly. Did you have a pleasant stay with us?

No it was absolutely horrible and we didn’t enjoy it’

Now at this point,you would, or I certainly would have expected him to have said. “Oh I’m so sorry to hear that, what didn’t you enjoy, or is there anything you would like to raise with us!

Nothing of the kind the response was simply “oh ok let me get you, your invoice for you’

Buyer beware, it might on the face of it be advertised as good vfm, but you pay for what you get and on this occasion we got very little and an unpleasant experience for our money.

Having seen your response please don’t tell lies, it does not and will not do your business any good. Take the constructive criticism, re- train your check out staff or sink.

Our pool is maintained at the constant temperature of a fitness pool, so i apologise it was not to your liking. We are predominantly a spa, and it is standard in residential spas for guests to take breakfast and lunch in robes. However if you where offended or felt others where being offensive, you should have raised this with us immediately.
Our guest services team are available to discuss any issues during your stay. From the reports on that day, it is listed that you mentioned you where not happy, but your partner laughed about it. The receptionist took it from this reaction it you where joking, but I understand they asked if you wanted to speak with someone anyway. I am sorry if the receptionist misunderstood.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Rude and obnoxious. Two counter staff just smirking knowing they were doing everything possible to be awkward and unhelpful. Told you can’t make a complaint in the branch and that this has to be done online which is totally untrue according to head office. Told you can’t make appointments at the Branch as they only do walk in appointments which again is untrue according to head office. How TSB allow there staff to smirk at customers is beyond belief.

Packaging Issues

Always reliable with prompt delivery. Competitively priced products that are of outstanding quality.

However they still need to sort out their packaging.
