One star is too much for this Liars

AVOID for peace of mind.
Highly Not Recommended.
Delivery driver didn’t knock the door to alert items are being left by the road outside the building!!!
This company is very Arrogant, Irresponsible, careless and inconsiderate.
This is my 3rd order although I wanted to leave this company after the chaos caused during the second order delivery. But I decided to give last chance and find out how do they keep their promises.
UNFORTUNATELY I am very disappointed again, because nothing has been changed.
The same Super Stupid errors has been made by them.
I am always in when delivery due.
Doorbell not rung and no door
knock.
NO txt messages for estimated delivery time, but only send a message to state the parcel has left by the road.
NO a Phone call made as customer services promised me in their response last week.
NO email for estimated delivery time
Bunch of liars. This company never respect their pledges. Several customers experiencing the same problems.

If you send your delivery ETA texts from 7am onwards, as you wouldn’t want to disturb me any earlier, as you mentioned, SO WHY do you do delivery before 7AM??!!! What a joke.
Remember there are many other better options in the market, which I tried them successfully.
I already closed my account and will never shop again. If improved I would return as a customer but as it stands the delivery issues are a significant inconvenience.

BAD, irresponsible & inconsiderate services

Really very BAD, irresponsible & inconsiderate services.
1- NO notification txt message for estimated delivery time.
2- NO notification email of estimated delivery time has been sent.
3- NO a phone call has been made too.
4- I told this hell company in previous email DO NOT LEAVE the parcel BY THE ROAD outside the building, because it's NOT save place at all.
THE PARCEL HAS BEEN STOLEN. Indeed I received nothing today.
5- WHY the driver did not try to give me a call like amazon fresh drivers do??!!!!!
6- WHY do you send txt message at 11:37 to tell that you let the parcel by the road at 06:29 but do not send notification message for estimated delivery time????????????????????
7- Will NEVER again.

Accurate and on time

DPD has given a good slot window for delivery. They keep updating until the parcel delivered safely to the customer.
Really happy and would recommend this company for every one.

Excellent ebay Seller

This is my second purchase from this company via Ebay.
Excellent service & communication. The mobile phone really is in new condition. Unfortunately it comes in general box & without all its accessories.
Hopeful consider this issue in future and make it an option with extra fees.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this company.

Super Stupid

This super stupid company NEVER change. You should ashamed of treating customers this way.
Today Wed, 27 Aug at 14:46 I received email tells me the delivery would be between 14:00-16:00. Shame on you to do that.
Mr. driver came at 15:10 rushing never wait a minute and gone.
VERY bad company indeed.

Better than others

Absolutely a nightmare

The order was for Dreams Robinson Memory Foam Rolled Mattress. Unfortunately the mattress is really bad. It does not support my back at all. It increased the pain on back muscles. This is not a good memory foam mattress.
It's a real wasting time & money.
Highly not recommended at any price

Careless

As usual inaccurate delivery company. The notification should be at least 2-4 hours if not 24 hours. But evri kidding customer and sent the notification 20 minutes only before the delivery time. You should ashamed.
Also the parcel left at door step, this is not a safe place. I did not ask you to leave it there.

Very bad services

Wish I could give 5 zero stars.
A super stupid system, bureaucratic, that only cares about its own interests. It is going downhill, after the few updates made currently.
I could not access my account for no reason. Tried to contact/message the help centre but always asked me to login. How stupid are you paypal.
Seriously thinking to leave this super rubbish system.
They never response to the complaints, this is show how much careless are they.

Too much for postage

The products are well and the packaging was excellent. But the most annoying issue is when have to pay £4.50 for order value £100 or more. but it's free for collection. Boots doesn't consider that many people maybe unable to walk to suffer of kind of disability but forced to go out to pick up their order

Deserves zero star

The order placed on 3rd July. It's easy and smooth. The big issue was no update for delivery. NO txt, NO email, NO messages but suddenly the rubbish called evri left the parcel out side the flat at the door step. This even doesn't show enough respect to their customers. I wish I can give zero star

Highly recommend company

Just bought galaxy note 20/ 4G. This is my first deal with this company. The service was great. The device arrived in perfect condition and on time. The communication was prompt & accurate. Over all very good service and I was happy. Thank you

RM joined the rubbish & Liars club recently

This icon company has been rolling down quickly. They may be suffering from early Alzheimer's
The delivery of the parcel ND790776284GB proposed to be on Wed 12th Feb.2025. As a liar, they just sent email says ( Sorry, there didn’t seem to be anyone in. We’ll automatically reattempt delivery of your parcel the next working day) NO one has come, NO one knocked on the door or rang the bell, NO missing card has been left. Do not you RM feel ashamed of these lies? I was in waiting for the parcel.
Very Poor service by literal liars.

The delivery notification email delivered at 12:39 tells that the Estimated delivery time is 12:00 - 14:00

This SUPER rubbish sent email notification at Fri, 31 Jan at 13:37 to tell that Estimated delivery time would be 13:30 - 14:30
I have not seen such a careless & super rubbish delivery company.

Liars, Hide the truth

Here we are another Super rubbish online store. It based in Korea not London as they lied. The delivery took 10 days. No serious update. No customer service. Responding to email takes 24hrs because their representative in London seems does not speak a proper English, so they reply from Korea LOL.
A sudden email tells your parcel will be delivered soon by YunExpress!!!
This raises doubts and suspicions about the authenticity of the message because the email does not mention who the sender is.
Last update was 29th January at 00:59 after the parcel already delivered, what a stupid joke.
highly not recommend for the peace of mind

Can we have a triple ZERO stars please

Super rubbish company. O2 started rolling down since they sold all their broadband customers to sky. Currently I could not sing in my account in order to top up. There is no a human customer service can be reached. Very bad service. Indeed I am considering to leave this garbage ASAP.

Don't buy anything from This Garbage

Appalling customer services.
Ordered Jamie Oliver by Tefal Cook's Classics 3-Piece Pan Set - Hard Anodised. Hopeful it will last long time.
However, very poor services, No communication, tefal did not response to emails. No update for delivery. really Shocking services. Plus their courier is Yodel which is the worst delivery courier.
