Mobile due for delivery next day. Waited in then got email for delivery slot dpd. Slot passes. Get email 'our driver missed you'. At the time of supposed delivery attempt I was outside so couldn'd be missed. I contacted mobile direct and explained my thoughts. They investigated. Called me back three times and having spoken to dpd guaranteed I would receive my phone that day. Not long after received my phone. Really pleased with phone, excellent condition but even more impressed with the customer service provided. Recommend

Item faulty. No way to contact directly and explain. No category in fault description to tick. Watch obviously been returned before. After posting review Sport Direct responded quickly and quickly resolved the problem. Item was returned and refund processed and in my account today 28th May.

I found 1st Central easy to contact. I previously had a policy with them which I had to cancel after a few days. They were very helpful and efficient. I decided to take out a further policy with them which again satisfied my requirements

The slot for the settings lever is too flimsy and the lever can slip while spreading.
Otherwise will do the job but sadly no guidance for setting up distribution.
