Ordered paint changed my mind an hour later
Sent 7 emails cancelling order got 1 email back only saying email received
Then phoned 12 times automated reply each time
Then got email saying order being processed
Sent more emails cancelling
Paint arrived today
Have not opened it have now asked for refund not holding my breath
£3.74 Postage for 2 1st stamps
Wish I'd consulted Trust Pilot before wasting £19

25 minutes late picking up,driver looked like he had just got out of bed
Late on pick up eventually sent another car
Phoned several times very rude and lied about how long the car would be
Hotel reception phoned as well very rude to the receptionist
Would never use again
