Just tried to check in for my flight as we confirmed with BA its all booked and paid for.
Someone at Jetline cancelled our flights today.
BA want another £2000 rebook the flights as the price has gone up.
Beware !
The booking process was excellent. Our cruise went to plan until Cyclone Alfred hit Brisbane. Our china airways flight was cancelled due to cyclone. We were three days late in arriving at port. During those three days at sea I was continuously emailing them to ask for reassurance that our flights would be rescheduled and new transfers made for us when we eventually docked. All emails were acknowledged by them as received. I rang their emergency lines and many others found on our booking details form. To this day, they have still not responded! I rang china airways (with whom we were booked) but they could not get us a direct flight for another week! I then had to book flights with another airline at our cost to get home! All we wanted was reassurance that they would arrange new flights and transfers once docked but NOTHING!
Beware, if things go wrong, you are totally on your own!
BAD COMPANY
Gone bust spoke on the 5th about our cruise it was showing on princess website we owed £10,453.80 I had already paid full to JETLINE they assured me it was ok they told me they only pay for the cruise when Princess ask for it in December the very next day 6th they went bust I am more mad it’s the first time I’ve gone via third party 16th cruise how dull am I 🤦🏼♀️. BAD COMPANY

Just returned from trip to New Zealand including cruise, hotels and flights all booked through Jetline. All went well until we arrived at our hotel in Sydney on 3rd March to be told the prepaid booking had been cancelled as invoice hadn't been paid. Layover stop in Hong Kong on return I got same story at the Regal Airport hotel. Had to pay again for both lots of hotels but guess reading the stories below we are lucky only be default not design. Will be chasing ATOL for reimbursement. Directors should be ashamed for not contacting their customers some of whom who like us were on the other side of the world. Been to their premises this morning in Barnet and there are no notifications on the outside of what has happened

Too good to be true!!
Offered a good price for a cruise and stay package. Pushy sales assistant Jerry took my booking knowing full well the company was going under. Paid £1000 deposit, two days later no confirmation but money taken from account. I have spent every day since 26th Feb to contact company. Today 6th March I read online they have ceased trading.
Impossible to contact since last week
Jetline have disappeared since last week - I was advised by Cunard that they have only received the deposit I paid in October. I paid the full balance of our holiday to Jetline on 14th Feb which has not been passed to Cunard. I have been advised to pay Cunard direct to keep our cruise.
Meanwhile there are hotel bookings and transfers either side of the cruise that I am assuming have been lost as well as my money. How can they not respond in any way to all of our concerns?

Received a call yesterday from NCL that our cruise in less than 3 weeks has not been paid for. We paid on in in December.
We have found our flights are all booked and paid for. Struggling to get through to the hotel and check the transfers.
No response from Jetline and they are not answering the phone or email.
Jetline Cruise Bad Practice
Notified by Princess yesterday that cruise cancelled due to Jetline Cruise breach of contract. Full payment made and there were different elements to the holiday as well as cruise. Princess said to contact Jetline but they are not answering phones and emails are getting an automated response. The directors should be ashamed of themselves. If the business is in administration they need to let people know so they can get some redress financially and allow them also to book another holiday if they wish. Being left in this state of limbo is bad practice.
Can't contact the company about my…
Can't contact the company about my booking, they are not answering their calls and emails are just getting an automated response. When you call the number on the email at suggested the call rings and rings and then the operator says this number no longer in use. Looks like they may be going under. Besides this latest situation major problems with my original booking the company put down to one of their sales team leaving, I wonder why they went? Go elsewhere, be warned.
Have Jetline gone into administration
Same for us I heard at 4pm yesterday from NCL offering to take over the cruise booking but at a cost if we pay for the cruise. Our holiday included cruise three flights and hotels plus booked trips in Singapore before the cruises I tried Jetline no reply, don’t know what to do as we are not insured for this. Please Jetline contact your customers
broken hearted
Have just found out by chance that our cruise has been cancelled by Cunard because jetline have not paid, we were meant to travel in 4 days time,! It was only when we called Cunard to find out our cabin number that it all came to light, we can not get hold of anyone and have spent all day calling every number we find but no answer, we have been left in the lurch thank god we were insured. So may get some of our money back.

Breach of contract with Cunard
We've just had notification from Cunard that our cruise booking via Jetline has been cancelled due to a breach of contract with this agency. I am unable to contact this company via any of their phone numbers. And emails get an auto response. We were due to set sail in 3 days time and are now unable to get any information on what is happening with our family holiday. So if anyone from Jetline reads this - please respond!!!

No Answer when calling
I have tried all afternoon yesterday and this morning to speak to someone and dialed various numbers but getting no answers from any of the numbers. Anyone else having issues, getting a little concerned as not received our tickets or vouchers with 6 days to go.
