So I enjoy the fact that when you walk into curry’s at newtownabbey you’re greeted by friendly staff seeing how they best help you. On this occasion we needed an integrated dishwasher. We were met by the lovely Liga, who helped us with the various different models of dishwashers available to suit our needs. Already having a creations account made things so much easier, & we decided on a new Beko model that had just arrived. Liga helped us flawlessly get set up with our purchase, removal & disposal of old machine, & delivery & fitting of new machine. Also let us know that Black Friday deals where just around the corner & to upload our receipt (made easy by a printed sheet on how to do this, literally took 2mins), if our product gets reduced on the Black Friday deals we get a refund of the difference, brilliant customer care. So a big thank you for the great customer care/service from Liga, she an absolute credit to that store & made our experience completely flawless. Brilliant store & very helpful knowledgeable staff.

Yea the entire experience was completely hassle free. My sales executive Rynan mcCoubrie made this the easiest experience ever for mebut not only that he worked tirelessly to ensure I got the deal I both wanted & could comfortably afford & he simply made it happen. Then came my cherished number plate, never saw anything being done as fast in my life cherished number plate paid for & sorted before leaving the sales room the very 1st nyt. Once the registration books came threw with cherished number plate retention certificate, brought them to Rynan, I was in a hurry & hadn’t time to wait & entrusted Rynan to sort it which he did in minutes, a txt came threw hey Paul that’s your wee cherished number plate transferred for u already. The aftercare from this place is just exceptional, it’s not a matter of getting the sale & that’s it, checking in with u if ur settling in with ur new motor etc. so yes when I give this a 5* rating it’s for good reason.
The finance guy simon was also pretty amazing as well & it would b unfair not to mention him, he sat down with me & went threw everything explaining absolutely everything to me & at 1st we wer struggling to get the figures down, & how he managed it is mind blowing near enuf to the penny he brought the cost down to match wer i was comfortable this was all on the 1st nyt, Rynan staying after his finishing time to ensure I got this, 2 days later I picked my new motor up the perfect colour & spec, just mind blowing. So a massive thanx from me for making the impossible possible. Love the wee motor & it’s y thinking ahead I’m most likely to stick with Ford yet again. Fully recommend. I’m sure you’d get a great service from any of them however, I can only speak regarding Rynan & this is the 2nd time he’s worked his magic for me but he’s definitely went above and beyond this time round.

Oh my word I won a cobra black speed driver on an instant win ticket. I was able to pick the flex, loft & head that I preferred. Prizes don’t come better than this. Great competition with very good odds & really good fun. 💯 recommend to all those keen on golf. There’s also great communication between nice you win so you’ll not be left wondering. I am so grateful & have been really enjoying playing with a top end driver.

So this purchase was made so easy as I had went to the store to try various coats on. Some I needed xl right down to size medium. So it would pay to visit a store for sizes as not all coats seem the same fit. Due to the price of my stunning coat I didn’t make the purchase instore, I wanted to think about it first. After a day or day I checked online for the coat & made the purchase, delivery was about 4 or 5 days, plus if it is the incorrect fit you can bring it to your nearest store for an exchange or refund. I must say this is easily the best coat I’ve ever had, it looks & feels amazing, the quality is out of this world & I’ve had the opportunity to wear it out in one of the huge storms of recent & kept both warm & dry. The styling is just beautiful & everyone has commented on how nice it looks.
Definitely well worth the investment making it great value for such a high quality coat. The designs out this year will leave you spoilt for choice, I could’ve easily picked several jackets.
The online purchase was made super easy & I set up my own account for future purchases. The winter range this year is brilliant & I fully recommend treating yourself to something special that looks great & is the best quality & gives you the best protection from all the storms & freezing cold conditions of recent. So I think it was very sluggish in accepting my claim, but once they accepted it came together very quickly, I was back paid & paid then again at the regular fortnightly intervals.
My claims Assisant Heather Woodward, was absolutely exceptional & I believe she was instrumental in pushing my claim forward. When Heather told me she’d call back either on the same day or the next day that’s when she called, even if it was up to near 5:30pm, she always called back. Heather was always professional & very courteous and empathetic, I honestly believed she cared & wanted the best for me.
