We moved from our home of 20 years to a new property in a different city. We also had to put everything into storage for an unspecified number of weeks, as the vendor of the property dragged her feet with the sale. Frankly, it was one of the most stressful things we had to do, but once we had our house packed and ready, the crew from Pickfords were extremely efficient, despite some tricky bits of furniture, narrow stairs, an upright piano and extremely heavy boxes. They were done in 3 hours, which was remarkable. Property was left clean, with hardly anything to touch up to make it ready for rental after we left. Our stuff was in storage for almost 3 months, and the rate we received on 4 crates 7ftx7ftx7ft was exceptional compared to anything else we were quoted. Arranging delivery was easy, and the crew the unloaded contents into the new property was equally efficient, careful and very respectful of our wishes and some last minute changes.
Pickfords gave us peace of mind during very challenging times, and we are grateful for their experience and care.

I ordered Brsk fibre internet less than a week ago - in fact, they called me over the weekend while I was placing the order, as I made an earlier search, told me I didn’t need to pay by card and instead they setup my DD over the phone, took less than 1min. I requested an installation slot that was not available, but was told they would let me know. 2 days later they messaged and said they could do it on the day I originally wanted. Installation engineer was a lovely lady called Laura, she was excellent - we agreed on where to have the cable come into the property, she was extremely kind, professional, and I could not believe that less than 1 hour from when we first met she was done, and internet was already working. I went for a 500Mbps contract, I am getting 525 up and down. There are no words to explain how good Brsk have been in delivering beyond my wildest expectations, with quality, punctuality, tidiness and courtesy. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a top service at a great price. Also, it was refreshing to see a lady technical installation engineer in the field, it puts Brsk a step ahead in gender equality in my opinion. Thank you Laura and thank you Brsk.
