I really wanted to like Riverford, but your delivery is very problematic.

We live in a gated apartment building, but we have a concierge so getting beyond the main building gates is not a problem. There is also always someone at home during delivery times.

The deliveries were always problematic. First two weeks, it was left outside of the gates. Then it was left with concierge, even though I left explicit delivery instructions.

I was due another delivery today, but it is not there. Maybe it was there and someone picked it? Maybe it was left outside of the building? I have no idea. I have no way to be sure.

One last thing, you packaging is "cute" but it is far from being functional. There are no labels outside of the package, so it is easy for someone else to pick it up by mistake.
