Really disappointed in WellEasy

Really disappointed in WellEasy. I absolutely love the concept but in reality it does not deliver. Customer service responses are slow, deliveries are rarely next day as promised and you almost always have at least one item in an order that is broken and spills all over everything else. The recurring order function is also problematic as more than once ive skipped and it’s been sent anyway. I’ve spent a lot of money on WellEasy over the last couple of months as I really wanted to persist with it and the response to my latest complaint about my order being delivered damaged where id asked if I’d get a refund for cancelling my membership was to cancel my membership with no refund due, no compensation offered for the damaged item or the contents of my order that had been spilled all over.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — we’re genuinely sorry to hear how disappointing your experience has been, especially given how much you wanted WellEasy to work for you. We really do appreciate the time, trust, and spend you’ve invested with us, and it’s frustrating to hear that we haven’t delivered consistently for you.

To address a few of your points clearly:

Next-day delivery is our standard service, and when this hasn’t happened it’s not the level of service we aim to provide.

Damaged items are not acceptable, and where this happens we should always be offering a replacement or refund — particularly if items have leaked and affected the rest of the order.

Autoship skips being ignored is also not something we’d expect to see, and that needs investigating properly.

We’re especially sorry that your most recent interaction left you feeling dismissed. Cancelling a membership without addressing the damaged items or offering compensation is not how we want situations like this handled, and we completely understand why that felt unfair.
