Would not recommend this at all. Revised valuation significantly without consideration. Blamed their courier for failure to collect on the planned day, failing to take any accountability nor offer a reasonable apology. Not to be trusted.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points.
The revised valuation was not made arbitrarily. The original quote was submitted for a 2019 model, however the device we received was a 2015 iMac. That difference in model year was the sole reason for the reduction in value. When the correct model was assessed, you accepted the revised quote, and payment was made accordingly.
Regarding collection, the packaging and courier booking left us at the correct time for your chosen collection date. Unfortunately, once the box is handed to DPD, the delivery and collection process is outside of our direct control. In this case, DPD held the box at their Birmingham depot for one day, attempted collection the following day when there was no response at the door, and then successfully collected the device on their next attempt.
We fully understand courier delays are frustrating, but they are not something we can control once the booking has been handed over to the courier.
We always aim to be transparent, honour quotes when the details match, and process payments promptly once an offer is accepted — which was done in this instance.
