the worst store

My experience with this online store has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of snowboard boots during the Black Friday period. Although the discount was not specifically part of a Black Friday promotion, many other stores were offering real Black Friday deals on similar products at that time.

After Black Friday had already ended, I received an email informing me that there had been a stock issue and that they could not ship the boots. They offered me the option to choose another product or receive a refund. The problem is that by then, Black Friday was over and I had lost the opportunity to buy similar snowboard boots from other retailers at significantly discounted prices. Now, boots with similar features cost €100 or more.

As a “solution,” the store offered me a €20 voucher, when shipping alone costs €12 and shipping insurance another €4, making this gesture practically meaningless. This does not compensate in any way for the inconvenience or the poor stock management.

The final impression is a clear lack of responsibility towards the customer and very little consideration for the timing of the purchase. I will not be buying from this store again and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially during sales periods when stock management should be properly handled.

Unfortunately, in very rare cases, during periods of high demand, inventory inconsistencies may occur.
As soon as the issue was identified, we offered an immediate full refund or an alternative product.
The voucher offered (after the immediate full refund) was intended as a gesture of goodwill, not as full compensation.
