This company is dishonest, complete scam
I’d just had a procedure on my back and booked physio to keep recovery on track. The clinic cancelled multiple sessions on the day—I didn’t complain and asked for another therapist: “fully booked.”
Then, when I missed one appointment, they issued a cancellation fee and the senior receptionist cancelled all future sessions until I pay.
So their last-minute cancellations = fine
Mine = fee + treatment cut off?
Apply the 24-hour policy both ways!!
Fix this: waive the fee and reinstate my sessions!!! Don’t interrupt a patient’s recovery.

Regarding the cancelation fee, this is incurred once a person has already late cancelled before, and if there is an accumulative outstanding balance, we ask that the outstanding balance is paid before further appointments are booked. This is to protect our clinicians and their time.
