Isssues with a refund
I ordered a new strap for my Garmin watch but they didn't have the right model (Fenix 7 Pro) so I guessed that the 7X they listed was the right one but it wasn't. I went to the link on their site to create a return but the URL was invalid. I emailed them to ask what the right URL was and got a response with a different site and a notification my email hadn't been delivered...!?
Anyway I completed the return which didn't have an option to exchange (they told me several times it did but it does not) and charged £2.99 for a return label which was marked "do not charge your customer". Nonetheless I returned the item that day and to date they claim not to have it.
I completed a claim with Trusted Shops and they told me it would take 3 to 5 WEEKS to get a refund if they ever book the return in which it looks like they wont do. I will contact my bank if they dont sort it soon, but either way I wont buy from them again.
